After helping to care for my family dog at age 14, I’ve cared for family and friend’s dogs for over 10 years. Care has ranged from daily walks, feeding, bathing, playing and extended stays (up to two weeks of in home care).

Alaina is great with animals! She watched both my 1 year old mini labradoodle and my 7 year old collie in my apartment while we were on vacation for 10 days. We were so grateful to have someone who we knew cared so well for them while we were away. Alaina was great at sending updates and pictures, which we really appreciated seeing while being away for so long. She also took them on several walks, to the park, played with them, and made them comfortable while we were gone. I would definitely have her help again!

Schedule
I work full time and am currently available for pet care after 5:30 pm on the weekdays. I can be flexible with walking during the workday dependent on the day (usually Monday and Friday). I am available Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday for walking/extended stays. I am very flexible and happy with last minute requests!

I am a kind, clean and respectful house guest whose main priority is making your dog feel comfortable and happy at home. I love long walks and will make sure your pet is well attended to - playing, feeding, cuddles!
A typical day
I am very active and love to take the dogs I watch on long walks (if they’re up for it)! On nice days we can enjoy the West Side highway and play in the grass. If it’s nice out, we’ll be out!
