Pet care experience
Excited to make some furry friends!
I am a graduate from Oregon State with a BS in animal sciences (w/ a focus in animal behavior) and environmental sciences. I am possibly looking towards training dogs as a career so definitely trying to get more experience. We had a 13 year old family dog here in the Bay Area that has recently passed but will always stay in my heart. I have also helped to take care of my neighbor's and friend's dogs, allowing me to experience an array of personalities and sizes. I am caring and attentive and will make sure to keep your dog as entertained as possible. Your dog will be well cared for and I will make sure to pet he/she as much as possible because who truly doesn't love to pet dogs. I’m looking forward to adopting a dog sometime in the future but until then I'm just happy to be able to spend some time with your dog instead :) I also have experience in caring for cats as my roommate in Corvallis has 2 cats that I help to take care of regularly and I now have my own cat too!

Alaina took my lively dog on some great walks. He clearly loved being with her. She was very organized and easy for me to work with.
Alaina did a great job walking my black lab - she took the time to meet him and listen to our requests before taking him on an hour long walk. My pup came back happy and had a great time, will definitely book with her again.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have now moved back here after graduating from Oregon State! I will be here for the foreseeable future and I would love to fill my free time with walks around the neighborhoods and playing with your pups! :)

Having lived in San Rafael for basically my entire life, I’m aware of a lot of the parks, trails, and lovely (dog-friendly) places to walk. I can help to provide whatever level of exercise your dog needs to keep them healthy, happy, and enriched!
