Akosua took great care of our dog while we were gone and reinforcing good behavior with him.
Was very happy and pleased with Akosua staying at our home and watching our 2 golden retrievers. She kept us informed and was always responsive. Took our pups for walks, handled reactivity to squirrels and some GI issues. Would not hesitate to recommend to others, and will reach out to her next time we need a house/dog sitter.
This was our third time leaving our pup with Akosua, and we can't say enough how wonderful Akosua is! She is a lovely person, and our dog absolutely adores her. Our dog takes us right to Akosua's door wagging and comes home happy and relaxed -- all behaviors we have never seen with another sitter. Akosua clearly knows dogs well, and has great communication, giving us lots of updates and sending great photos. Thanks Akosua for taking great care of our baby!
This was our second time leaving our senior pup, Ethel, with Akosua and we can't recommend her highly enough! At dropoff, Ethel ran straight to the door and gave Akosua a huge greeting. She settled right in like it was her second home and didn't even try to leave with us - a first for anywhere we've left Ethel (family or Rover). Akosua is great with communication, sent lots of updates/pictures, and clearly is very knowledgeable about and comfortable with dogs. Ethel came back very relaxed and clearly enjoyed her "vacation" too!
We had a nice experience with Akosua. She has watched our 9-month-old dog twice, and both visits went well. Our dog prefers having company rather than being alone, and this was our first time having someone watch him in our home. Hector seemed to like Akosua and was comfortable with her. We would be happy to book with her again.
We love Akosua! This was our first time leaving our old pittie-boxer mix, Ethel, with Akosua after another Rover flaked on us a week before we needed pet care. Akosua was willing to quickly schedule a meet-and-greet with us and take Ethel on short notice, and we can't say enough how great she was! Akosua is so calm and sweet (perfect for our baby!), and is clearly very knowledgeable about and comfortable with caring for all types of dogs. She asked so many great questions that nobody has ever asked before, was great with communication and providing updates with photos, and even helped Ethel practice her training in our absence. Ethel was very calm and relaxed when she came home, which has never happened with a sitter before -- she's previously been wound-up and anxious for a few hours after getting home. We will definitely be reaching out again to Akosua in the future!

I live in an apartment in Redwood Shores with access to dog friendly grounds, open space, and walking trails. I tailor my care to your pets individual needs and schedule. All pets should be house trained, and up to date with vaccinations (flea & tick, rabies, etc.).

I will pamper your furry friend with morning walks, fun playtime, tasty meals, and plenty of cuddles—all while ensuring their happiness and well-being, so you can relax knowing they're in loving hands!
