I provide attentive, reliable care and treat every pet as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including puppies who need patience and consistency with basic training and potty routines, as well as senior dogs who require a gentler approach and extra attention. I am comfortable administering oral medications, following special feeding instructions, and providing regular exercise and enrichment. What sets me apart is my focus on communication and individualized care. I provide updates, photos, and prompt responses so pet owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, well cared for, and receiving plenty of attention and affection.

Kaia came back and was her usual self. I was concerned about leaving her but Akisha communicated regularly with updates and pictures of Kaia. From car rides and walks, my baby seemed to have a blast. Thank you

Akisha and her family were beyond amazing with Bentley. Leaving a puppy can be stressful, but they made him feel right at home from the moment he arrived. He received so much love and attention throughout his stay, and Akisha kept me updated the entire time. We will definitely be booking with her again.
Akisha is communicative, caring and follows care instructions. Our puppy is only 4 months and she did amazing with him, considering he has very obvious puppy tendencies. She asked for suggestions with him when he was crying after she tried all other options which I appreciate her looking to the owners when he was still finding his footing with another persons care. She has kids who my puppy got really comfortable with and looked to them for comfort. I trust Akisha to watch my puppy again if needed.
My little Winnie loves Akisha and her family! I know my baby is in good care and they’re super accommodating and communicative!

I work from home Monday - Friday . I’m always available even spur of the moment. I’m able to make arrangements . Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, allowing me to provide consistent attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I schedule my time to ensure pets receive regular walks, feeding, playtime, and any special care they may need. I am committed to maintaining each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I also provide updates and photos so owners can stay connected and have peace of mind.

Safety and comfort are my top priorities. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I follow their established routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions to help pets feel secure and stress-free. I take time to build trust with each pet and ensure they have a clean, safe environment with plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. During walks, I use secure leashes and remain aware of my surroundings to keep pets safe. I also monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels and communicate promptly with owners if any concerns arise. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the same level of care and routine their pet is accustomed to. I provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.

A typical day
🐾 Walks and outdoor adventures – Neighborhood walks, park visits, and plenty of time to sniff and explore. 🎾 Fetch and active play – Ball chasing, tug-of-war, frisbee, or other favorite games to help burn off energy. 🧩 Mental enrichment – Treat puzzles, hide-and-seek, scent games, and simple training exercises to keep pets engaged. 💕 Cuddle and relaxation time – For pets who prefer a calmer pace, I’m happy to provide lots of affection, brushing, and companionship. 📸 Photo updates for owners – I love capturing cute moments and sharing them so you can see your pet having fun while you’re away.
