I have experience taking care my own, friends’, and Rover dogs of all sizes and personalities by feeding, walking, training, and house sitting. Having owned my own large dog, I know the privilege and responsibility required to care and love your buddy. I am open to any special needs or care your dogs may require and am happy to work with your agenda. Growing up in a household with two cats and two dogs, I am more than happy to accommodate both types of pets! :)

I have been good friends with Akio for years now, and I can easily say he is one of the most thoughtful, trustworthy, and empathetic people I have ever met. He is amazing with animals as well as people! I have two senior dogs and he is always so gentle and loving with them. When I went on a weekend trip, he took such good care of them for me. One of them can be a bit high maintenance as she has separation anxiety, and Akio did an amazing job of being there to comfort and care for her. I have no doubt that he would make an amazing dog sitter for anyone’s pups!
While my family and I went away, we entrusted Akio with taking care of our dog. My dog was 11 years old at the time and requires many bursts of physical activity and has a very specific diet. When she returned to us, our dog was in perfect health and was clearly well-loved. Akio really treated our dog as if it were his own. There was so much love, compassion, care, and thoughtfulness for the entirely of the stay. I would recommend his services to anyone including my own family and best friend.

Schedule
I work full-time schedule during the week, so my dedicated pet-sitting days are my priority during my time off. I treat my days off as fully committed 'pet days,' allowing me to focus on consistent routines and care for your pet. On my sitting days, my routine is completely centered around the animals in my care. A typical day includes structured morning and evening walks, dedicated playtime, and maintaining strict feeding and medication schedules. Because I value an active and healthy lifestyle, I love incorporating pets into my own daily movement for morning walks, a midday stroll, or active play sessions to keep them stimulated and happy. I also enjoy watching YouTube and Netflix, so if your pet prefers relaxing or feeling tired that day, I am happy to put on a show as well. I am excited to give the structure, exercise, and love your pet needs to feel comfortable and enjoy our time together.

By blending seamlessly into your pet’s routine and environment for feeding, exercise, and bedtime, I can keep them active, healthy, and stimulated with structured walks and plenty of dedicated playtime. Of course, I’ll treat your home with respect and security, making sure to send regular updates and photos so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away.
A typical day
I cater my day to the dogs needs. I am open to any kind of activities they enjoy. One of my dogs really enjoys sitting and just listening to music, while the other really enjoys being active and playing games. I am happy to cater to anything they enjoy or agenda you may have for us.
