AKINA has paid attention to Kitaro and took care of her. That is very much appreciated.
The dogs seemed to be taken care of okay, but unfortunately, they both came back reeking of cigarette smoke. They both needed baths immediately after pickup and my car even smelled like smoke for a full day just from the 10 min drive home. Additionally, I felt like I had to prompt for an initial status update/check in about a full day after drop off. We will not be rebooking in the future.
Leo had a great time staying with Akina. Always answer messages in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
