I work remotely from home so I am very flexible to whatever your needs are for your pup! I normally plan my drop-in & dog walking visits around lunchtime (anywhere between 11am-3pm). For house sitting, day care & boarding, I provide dogs with potty breaks normally every hour or other hour - usually I love to give a bit of love & play time whenever I need a break or I have down time inbetween my responsibilities.

I have a fully fenced yard and my dogs that can keep your dog occupied, especially when I am busy on a call or with work duties. If they need to be secluded, I have room for an extra crate should you need to bring one - otherwise, they are welcome to use my dog's crate.

I would like to know if they have any temperament issues, especially around children since most times I will be bringing my baby along with me if I don’t have care for her. I would also like to know their feeding schedules and how often they usually go out to use the bathroom or for a walk. If they have any toys or training actions that would help make my stay with him better, that would amazing to know as well!
A typical day
I love finding new places to go on walks with my dog and I will be more than happy to do the same for your furry companion. There is a few parks near my house that I would take them to, and I know of a dog park nearby as well where I can let them run around and play with the other dogs. I can also stay local in your neighborhood and take them on a path they might be familiar with around your house. I love playing with their toys they may have around the house, throwing the ball around for them outside to catch and getting them to run around and let their energy out.

I have been around dogs ever since I could walk! I grew up with 3 dogs and they were the best part of my childhood. I learned from my dad how to take care of dogs from the time they were puppies to their dying days; ever since then, I have carried them in my mind with every dog that I have encountered. But there is always room for improvement and opportunities to learn something new because every dog is different! My dad has a 10 year old Bichon Frise that is my shadow every time I come back home. Right now, I have a 6 year old Doberman mix that I absolute love with all of my soul; he's my very best friend and he loves to be around other people and animals of all kinds. Not only is this a great opportunity for me to take care of your furry companions while you are away, but it's also a chance for my dog to make new friends! I work from home as well so I am able to have a flexible schedule to accommodate for anything your dog needs. I am also great at training dogs so if there are some things that you are having trouble with at home, I am more than willing to work on them with your dog during my stay for no extra charge. My goal is to make sure every dog is as happy as they can be while they are in my care just as much as my dog is when he is with me :)

I recently had the pleasure of having Akilah stay at our house and watch Remi for a week, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. From the start, Akilah was incredibly friendly and kind, making both us and Remi feel at ease. She took excellent care of Remi, ensuring he was happy and well-fed. Her attention to detail and genuine affection for our dog were evident throughout her stay. I highly recommend Akilah to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. We will definitely use her in the future.
Akilah was amazing! Our boys just loved her and we had such peace of mind that they were well taken care of while we were away! She sent pictures and updates throughout her week with them. Highly recommend!
