I’m employed full time and unable to accept request Tuesday-Thursday. My availability is Friday-Monday for house sitting and Saturday & Sunday for dog walking and check ins.

I love to give physical & mental stimulation by playing games like fetch, taking walks throughout the neighborhood or giving them the chance to discover different smells.

I’ve always had great experiences of taking care of pets since childhood. From taking care of my own, pet sitting for friends while they’re out of town as well as working at a doggy daycare for a year. I have experience with both cats & dogs of various sizes and ages.

Akala was an amazing sitter for our 3 dogs! They were well taken care of and we got lots of updates on them during our 4 night vacation. She was very responsible and took great care of our house as well. It was super clean and just as we left it. We would definitely recommend Akala to take care of your pets and home while you are away.
Akala was great! She took care of my two cats while I was out of town this weekend, and I returned to my apartment (and cats!) in perfect condition. I received regular updates and cute pictures, which did a lot to ease my mind as I'm rarely apart from them. I would definitely welcome Akala back to house sit again.
I worked with Akala ("Kal") at a dog day care with an emphasis on dog behavior and psychological well-being and we had the privilege of working closely with a dog trainer. Kal is a phenomenal employee and coworker and excellent care-giver to all the dogs. She went above and beyond for each of the fur babies and knew each of their personalities and how to set them up for success. Also, Kal came up with the cutest nicknames for all the dogs, hands-down. She has a gift. I would trust her with my own fur babies. An all around wonderful, caring individual.
Omg I just absolutely love the way Akala loves my baby love Retro!! Retro gives Akala the butt wiggles I thought only mama gets! In my house Akala is one of Retro trigger words right along with pup cup a car ride…. Akala you absolutely rock!!!!! Retro an I appreciate the pure essence of your heart!!! Great luck out there!!
