I care for pets by building trust with them, offering treats, getting to know one another, showing that I am a friend, noticing and respecting their boundaries, and offering gentle pets. When a pet is more comfortable with me, I enjoy playing games together and sitting by each other. My goal is to be a comforting presence and caretaker.

AJ was super awesome! Timely drop ins, lots of pictures, and text updates!! There's lots of energy in the house but everything was smooth and under control :) they made sure the house was good too and nothing was left out so my animals were safe until the next visit. AJ eased a lot of my worries about traveling away, highly recommend
Thank you, AJ! The weather was impeding the sidewalks in my neighborhood and AJ was able to take him to a nearby park as I had suggested which was super nice of them and great for Porkchop! Porkchop was great with AJ and was tired by the time I got home.
I have two very loud, large, energetic dogs and AJ has been watching them for around 3 years now. AJ never has a problem with them! My dogs love to see AJ and get in the car, go on walks, or spend time with AJ at home hanging out. I have had AJ watch my dogs while I'm out of the country and have had a great experience - AJ sends photos whenever possible, gives daily updates if asked and I know that my dogs are safe in their care.
I’ve had AJ take care of my pup on a few occasions. Each time they gave him lots of love and attention and treated him like their own. They were thorough and asked all the right questions ahead of time, which put my mind at ease. AJ also sent regular updates and photos, so it made being away from my pup a bit easier!
AJ is a fantastic pet sitter and dog walker! I have an 85lb high energy, very anxious dog. She requires multiple walks a day, a special diet, and pills administered at specific times. Watching her is a lot! AJ has taken care of her multiple times and my dog clearly feels relaxed around them. I get picture updates, details on my dogs behavior throughout the day/on walks, and notified of any health concerns. I am so grateful for AJs thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and knowledge of dogs! If you’re looking for someone with years of experience, love for animals, and a wealth of knowledge, AJ is the sitter for you!
AJ is my go to pet sitter for my 2 cats when I’m traveling. My cats are always very well taken care of, get extra attention and I get cat pic updates which is always a treat. AJ is great with dogs as well and has been a day time an overnight pet sitter for a dear friend of mine providing phenomenal care. Your pets will be safe, loved and well cared for with AJ.
