I am hoping to do some pet care over the summer to earn some money and get some more experience. I will be doing an internship 3 times a week, so I am only available 4 days a week.

I live a little bit out in the country, so we have some land and a private and safe road for walks. There is very little traffic, so it is a peaceful area. I have not yet hosted a client's pet in my home, but I have a lot of experience and can follow detailed instructions for your pet to provide them with the best care.

I do not have a preference on breed or size, but I’m most comfortable with pets that are generally well behaved and friendly. I am also able to give medications, just let me know about any special requirements your pet may have.
A typical day
I love being outdoors so I can take your dog on a long walk and play with them outside/inside! I’m also down to just chill and cuddle with your pet and give them lots of love.

Pet care experience
I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks.
