I am careful regarding the opening and closing of doors to prevent an escapement issues. Prior to any time in the yard, I always check to make sure gates are latched. I prefer to mimic the routine of the pet as much as possible to prevent stress.

Pet care experience
I have been fortunate enough to have had pets all my life. I enjoy and have experience handling and caring for dogs, cats, birds, and hamsters. I have over 3 years experience working as a veterinary assistant. I am able to give many types of medications including subcutaneous fluids, diabetic shots, and oral and transdermal medications. I am patient with all types of animals and animals warm up to my personality very quickly. I have yet to meet a pet that doesn't like me! I have experience working with fearful/reactive dogs. I understand the difficulties in owning a reactive dog and have worked on basic management training to help dogs either overcome their fears or to successfully remove them from a fearful scenario as needed. I am a dog trainer who has specialized in providing fear free services.

Aimee is so trustworthy! I have had some special needs cats and tech (fancy RFID feeders and litter robots) and she has been such a good help. She is so gentle with my cats and I love her expertise in animal behavior and health! I totally trust her with all my pets. Hard to do with senior kitties!
