Ailsa has cared for both of my dogs both long and short term. She is absolutely one of those people who connect deeply to dogs in an effortless, natural, soulful, and empathetic way. Our dogs go to her immediately when she walks through the door. She notices the smallest little things, like a small spur in their hair, or the slightless limp. She cares as deeply for animals as she does people, which is saying a lot because she's an extrodinarily caring person for people too! I have trusted her for weeks with our dogs and she stays in our home and takes excellent care of that too! I can't say enough! She's the BEST!

Ailsa is absolutely amazing! She started caring for my puppy when I first brought him home and had to go to back to work. He’s an anxious dog, but she made him feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning. When I took my first long trip (3 weeks) when he was about 11 months old, and I was so nervous. He’d never done well with overnight sitters before. But with Ailsa he did wonderfully! She took him on long walks, kept him happily eating his food, and sent regular updates with photos that put me completely at ease. It honestly seemed like he was so happy he barely noticed I was gone. I can’t recommend Ailsa enough. She’s caring, reliable, and truly understands dogs. I felt completely comfortable leaving my pup with her and came home to a happy, relaxed dog.
