Gentle, patient & loving
I’ve been around cats all of my life! I’m very gentle and patient with them, as I believe that is the best approach with cats. I’ve had some experience giving medications, including ear drops. My cat Fudge, sadly just passed away at 18 years old, so I’ve been feeling rather lost without some cat company. I have another 11 month old cat, Kodak, but he lives with my partner in Sweden, so I don’t get to be with him all of the time. I’m really keen to help out if anyone needs it! And I’ll be delighted to get some cat cuddles and make sure your little friend feels loved :)

There are no other pets in my home at the moment, so your cat would have plenty of space to roam and relax. I also have a fenced garden, but if your cat is indoor-only, I’ll make sure to keep doors securely closed. I live with my boyfriend, who’s also a big cat lover, so your furry friend would get lots of love and attention from both of us! Of course, if your cat feels more comfortable staying in their own familiar surroundings, I’m more than happy to care for them in your home too — whatever works best for you and your cat’s happiness.

Ailsa was amazing! She took great care of our cat, Kovu, while we were on holiday. She administered medication with no problems, sent regular updates, and even popped round for a few extra visits to check he was okay because of his medical condition. Kovu was so content with Ailsa, we could relax on our holiday knowing he was happy and in good hands. I'd definitely recommend Ailsa and will 100% book with her again! 🐈⬛
My girls always have the best time with Ailsa! Kept up to date with lots of photos and I always have peace of mind knowing they’re in such great care. Returned home to two very happy and content cats!
I couldn’t have asked for better from Ailsa when looking after my cat Ozzy! Even with relatively short notice she was happy to come meet him before and was able to put me at ease. When I was away her care was first class and she sent regular updates which included pictures and videos. She was handing over to another pet sitter (as arranged by myself) and organised this perfectly, making sure she talked them through the important points and staying behind to hand over keys. She changed the bedding and left the place in a great condition. More importantly, when I arrived home Ozzy was happy and healthy with clean litter trays, food and water bowls. I would highly recommend Ailsa as a pet sitter and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future 🫶🏼

Can't thank Ailsa enough for her excellent care of my cat, Parker, for a week while I was away. Ailsa provided regular updates and my (normally very shy!) cat took to her straight away. Arrived home today to a very relaxed and happy cat. I would 100% recommend!
