Hi! This is Ailen & Chris. We’re a dog-loving couple with no kids, just our little dogs Gigio (11lbs) & Alpaquitay (5lbs) 💗. If it’s your first time booking on Rover, we’ve got a discount for you! We have experience caring for both big and small dogs, so your fur baby will be in safe, loving, and attentive hands 🐶🐾. We’d love to treat them like part of our family!

Ailen and her husband were so wonderful to take my dog in at the last minute. They shared so many amazing pictures and videos and really made the trip smoother for us. My dog got along very well with their dogs and I know he had a fun time! I would trust my dog any day with them and can’t thank them enough.
I can’t recommend Ailen enough! She stepped in on very short notice to care for my dog, Nova, during an unexpected situation, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we connected, she was responsive, kind, and professional. Nova had just been spayed and required medication, and Ailen made sure she was well cared for, comfortable, and loved while I was away. She kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful time. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with your pet, especially at the last minute, but Ailen went above and beyond. Great amazing care! I was so anxious and worried about my dogs. In addition this was my first time using Rover. I didn’t hear good stories about rover and really worried for my pups. But Ailen took really great care of them and went above and beyond. Truly, she updated me every day and sent photos daily. Which helped my own separation anxiety from my doggos. We appreciated her being open with communication. Thanks for all the help!

Ailen was so wonderful with our furbaby, she made sure to ask questions about his food, allergies, or other requirements, she texted us everyday keeping us informed of his day and how he’s feeling! She even gave him a bath before we picked him up! I will rebook her again in a heartbeat

Schedule
We just moved to a house with a big backyard! ✨ 🐾 Drop-off & Pick-up Hours: To help maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment for all dogs in our care: • Monday–Friday: Drop-offs, pick-ups, and drop-ins are available after 4:30 PM. • Weekends: We're flexible and can usually accommodate appointments throughout the day. We kindly ask for a 1-hour arrival window for all drop-offs and pick-ups so we can plan our day and provide every dog with a smooth, stress-free transition. Thank you for your understanding! 🫶

Safety, trust & environment
We focus on quality care over quantity, making sure each dog gets plenty of attention, comfort, and a relaxed environment, that’s why we host a maximum of 2 dogs per night. However, for dogs from the same family, we may make an exception when it feels like the right fit. We also provide regular photo and video updates so you always feel connected and reassured while you’re away 🙌😊
