I am in graduate school, so my hours fluctuate. That being said, I would still encourage you to message me to see if we can work something out and I will do my best to accommodate your requests! Your dog is my dog, so he/she will be doing the same routine as me and my pups, unless given other instructions. I do this so everyone is getting time outside and bring fed properly. Walks, dog parks, treat training, and naps are some common activities (mostly naps).

Patience is key. I have multiple furbabies and I take my time in making sure everyone gets along and can feel relaxed. That being said, there was a lot of training involved, which meant lots of patience and encouragement to gain trust and a bond. With your baby, I want to be sure he or she feels comfortable in my home and with us in general. I will take it step by step to make sure they feel safe and at home.

All dogs are wonderful, so I do not have any breed preferences! Please tell me what your dog's personality is like! (Shy/quiet, hyper/active, distant/scared, etc...) It is very important that I know and can accommodate his or her needs. If your dog is hyper and jumps on people or is scared of loud noises/certain objects, please let me know so I can also prepare with some helpful tricks or treats to make things easy for them! If your dog has any medical needs or certain quirks (likes certain toys, picky eater, keeps to a routine, teething, barking), let me know so we can come up with plans to have him or her happy while you're away! Number one concern is how happy he or she is and to reassure you that your baby is well taken care of! *Please let me know what you would like to do if there is a weather issue (rain, thunder, etc). *If you have specific times or routines for your dog, please specify so we can be on the same pageand I can make note of it!
A typical day
There will be lots of cuddling, belly rubs, and power naps involved! With my two dogs, we do a mix of playtime, treat training, and relaxation. We can go on a walk, play fetch, or be couch potatoes together!

***PLEASE READ TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE BOOKING*** I have been a dog walker/sitter for 6+ years. I previously had 6 ferrets and various aquatic pets (Kuhli loaches, shrimp, and crayfishes have such fun personalities!). Now, I have a border collie and a great pyrenees that are service dogs in training! It's safe to say that I am very well-versed in interacting with and caring for multiple animals. I take the time to plan and confirm the smallest details, from favorite toy to that random spot on the back of your dog's leg. From scheduling to caring, it's my job to ensure that your loved one is cared for and you have peace of mind knowing they're receiving all the love and cuddles. ************** Confirming your booking means that you have read and agreed to the terms of service below. Additional fees may apply, and I have the right to modify reservations, but I will always inform you of any charges with explanations beforehand. Please review the following: -All dogs must be UTD on shots AND be taking their preventative medication for fleas, ticks, and heartworms to prevent any possibility of other dogs getting infected. Confirming your reservation means you agree to these terms and will be liable for medical expenses related to infecting other pets and pest control. -Please let me know if your dog has any medical diagnoses, such as disabilities or medications. I live on the 3rd floor and want to be sure your pup can walk up/down the stairs safely, or be small enough for me to carry. -Please let me know if your dog is prone to accidents/in heat (urine, stool, bleeding). This is so I am prepared with cleaning supplies in advance; if I am not informed, a one-time cleaning fee of $10 will be added to your booking. There will be no cleaning fee if I am notified in advance of any medical or behavioral issues. Other incidents, like vomiting or bleeding from an injury, are not additional charges. -Allergies to cats: Please let me know if you have any cats. I've had previous clients with both cats and dogs in their household who experienced no allergic reactions. If you do require services for your cat, such as refilling their water and food, we can discuss pricing.

Aiko is the best! Sometimes it can be hard for my puppy to get adjusted to someone new, but she felt at home with Aiko pretty quickly! When I picked her up the first time, she was content and well-rested. I really appreciate Aiko's communication with updates and pictures throughout her stay. Your pet is in great hands if you’re blessed to be able to book with her!
This is my first time using a private sitter & it went okay. My dog Kobe is adjusting to being home, I’m military & Aiko was very patient with him despite his not so great behavior towards others dogs. She kept me updated with detailed information about his behavior along with pictures for the weekend stay. She gave my dog the attention he needed & let me know what she thought would be best for him moving forward. You should definitely book her if you need a dog sitter.
