Your Pups Second Favorite Human🐾

I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Right now, I have both a 4-month old puppy and a senior dog, which has given me hands-on experience with very different needs and personalities. I’m used to the energy, training, and patience that come with a young pup, as well as the gentle, attentive care that older dogs require. Having both ends of the spectrum at home has made me very adaptable—I understand how to read dogs, stick to routines, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just giving them attention and affection, I treat every dog like they’re my own.

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

I tailor my care to each pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. In a client’s home, I prioritize consistency with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. For dogs, this includes regular potty breaks, walks, exercise, and plenty of attention and affection. I’m experienced with both high-energy puppies and senior dogs, so I adjust activity levels and care based on their age and needs. I also make sure they always have fresh water and a clean, safe environment. If I’m in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and keep everything clean and organized. I can also provide updates, photos, and communication so you feel at ease while you’re away. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable and loved as possible, just like they would with you.

Before caring for a pet, it’s important for me to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs such as medications, allergies, or health conditions. I also like to understand their temperament—how they behave around new people, other animals, children, or on walks—so I can keep them comfortable and safe. It’s helpful to know their training level (for example, leash manners, crate training, or any behaviors they’re still working on), as well as any triggers like loud noises, separation anxiety, or reactivity. I also ask about their favorite activities, toys, and comfort habits so I can make them feel at home and keep their routine consistent while their owner is away.
