Hi, I’m Aida — a lifelong animal lover now based in Baltimore’s Waverly neighborhood. I grew up working closely with dogs and cats, volunteered for 3 years at the Pasadena Animal Rescue Shelter handling care and hygiene for all animals, and have been caring for pets professionally on Rover on and off since 2019. I work from home, which means your pup gets my attention and company throughout the day — not just check-ins. I follow your pet’s existing routine closely, including feeding schedules and any special needs, so their stay feels as normal as possible. You can expect regular photo and video updates throughout the day; keeping owners informed is something my past clients have consistently appreciated. My townhouse comes with a fenced in backyard and is a calm, no-resident-dog, non-smoking home — ideal for dogs that do best as the only pet or in a quiet environment. I require a meet-and-greet before every booking to make sure it’s a great fit for your pup and for me. Also, Bathing service is subject to the dog’s comfort and temperament. If a dog shows signs of stress or aggression during bathing the service will be discontinued for the safety of both the dog and sitter. No additional refund will be issued. Aida took excellent care of my dog Oli! She was very communicative and shared frequent photos, and I could tell Oli was having a great time with her. Aida was a wonderful sitter and my dog had a great time with her! He enjoyed time spent in her large yard, many walks, and an overall comfortable stay. She shared frequent updates and pictures, and was happy to adapt to my dog’s routine and quirks. I felt so comfortable and was able to enjoy my trip, knowing my dog was in fabulous care.
Aida is really awesome. She sent great pictures of our pup regularly and is just a sweet person! She even shared restaurant’s recs for where we were going on our trip since she’s familiar with the area. Anyone would be lucky for her to watch their pet.

Schedule
I WFH most days and I am in office only when we have big meetings at work. I am guaranteed to WFH Fridays and always available on weekends unless I am out of town.

Safety, trust & environment
I generally follow a schedule provided by the pet owners. I can make sure the pets are engaged and are given appropriate play and attention. I also generally follow the eating schedule set by pet owners.
A typical day
Taking dogs on walks and offering intermittent play time every 3 hours. I enjoy sharing treats with the pets as well. For cats I will usually have engaged play time right before meals. This will usually be 20-30 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. I do daily brushing for cats and dogs in the evening before bed.
