Warm, Communicative Dog Sitter
I have experience house sitting and looking after 1-2 dogs at a time (small, medium, and large) for weekends or several weeks. I send pictures/updates at least 3x a day and do my best to make sure your pet feels safe and loved. I am a psychotherapist by day and use my empathy, intuition, and observation skills to give your pet the care and respect they deserve. I also love animals! They genuinely bring me so much joy.

Ahrisue was a trustworthy, diligent, and caring sitter for my pup, Mabel! Ahrisue made sure to follow all of my instructions, sent plenty of updates, and took such diligent and thorough care of Mabel. It was very clear from her updates and pictures how caring she was with Mabel. Mabel can be an anxious dog, and unfortunately had some difficulties while under Ahrisue’s care. Ahrisue was extremely kind, accommodating, and thorough in addressing these issues. Ahrisue even took her to the vet, and made sure to follow the vet’s instructions until Mabel was feeling much better. I am very grateful to Ahrisue, and would highly recommend her as a sitter. It was a pleasure having Ahrisue watch my senior Aussie! She was attentive, kept constant day to day communication, and it was very apparent that my pup had a great time with her :) I appreciate the help and would rebook with her a hundred times over.

Schedule
I work from home and can play with your pet and take them out for a walk multiple times a day. I also live a block away from a dog park!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a one bedroom apartment with my sister, who also loves animals. She would not be assisting me with care, but I do want to let you know that she may be present and that if she is, she would be a safe presence around your pet. I am mindful of the size of our apartment and our neighbors downstairs. Therefore, if I were to care for your pet in my home, it would be best if your pet was small/medium and past the puppy stage. Also given the nature of my job providing therapy, I prefer if your pet is calm in wfh environments.
A typical day
Long walks and playing in the park! I also live a block away from a dog park. I would also give your pet attention between meetings and lots of cuddles and pets.
