I have a large fenced yard that is dog proof so plenty of room for your pets to play around in provided the weather permits of course, my current professional job is a work from home job, I live in a secure neighborhood. My fence is dog proof and your pets are never left in the yard without my supervision. I have crates that can be used as needed but I typically I am a big avocate of not caging animals but will crate your pets if requested or needed. You can always reach out to see how your pet is doing. And you’re more than welcome to come check out the place prior to booking if you want to.

Any special care please let me know. If your dog does not get along with other dogs PLEASE be honest with me prior to booking. I’m unable to host if your babies are dealing with fleas ticks etc.. sorry but I wouldn’t want that transferred into my house and to another client just like you wouldn’t want your babies catching them and no i will not accept extra side payments to overlook this.
A typical day
I work from home and I’m an early bird so in the morning if weather permits day starts with a walk/jog/run session with me around the neighborhood (great for those high enemy fur babies). Come back cool down and offer food and after a period of time yard time to use the bathroom or play a bit more. While inside your fur baby will roam freely under supervision, have various toys and ropes to either play fetch or tug of war. Nice clean dog bed to relax on and overall as much play time and outdoor activities as weather and time permits. Only use the crate if I need to briefly step out the house, separate during feeding time or for bed time at night especially for the first night. I send pictures and video updates throughout the day for peace of mind of knowing your fur babies are in good hands.

I grew up taking care of various animals, I’ve always treated everyone’s babies just like my own if not better! I’ve volunteered at animals shelters and fostered animals so I’m very experienced. When I originally started Rover I had my best friend/dog throughout the journey (he was a pit bull and the perfect example of it’s not the breed but instead how you choose to raise a dog) and all my clients at the time loved him; however, he passed away a month shy of being 13years old due to an aggressive type of bone cancer (I had him since he was just 4 weeks old) and decided to continue this Rover journey in honor of his memory and to help fill the void of missing him❤️🩹. Neighbors, friends, clients can substantiate the level of care and trust they have in me with their babies. I’m great with all breeds and have experience with all types of different personalities. If your pet does not get along with other pets PLEASE be honest about it when booking with me. I can still accommodate your pet as long as he/she isn’t human aggressive and as long as I don’t have a client that booked prior to your request. Safety is #1 and I will not compromise that for any reasons. Meet and greets are always nice but I understand things can happen last minute and not always feasible. I can administer oral medication if needed as well as provide shots (however I’m not a vet but I do have that experience and have assisted couple clients with that request). Last but not least I’m an open book please feel free to ask as many question as you would like prior to booking or better yet request a meet and greet if possible. My goal is to have you feeling as comfortable as possible knowing your pets are in great hands when they are booked with me 🙂 Let’s also be respectful of each other’s time. I understand things can happen that ends up causing a delay in pickup/drop off times but a quick text to communicate that goes a long way 🙂

Ember had a BLAST with Ahmal for the past week. This is the second time we have used him to watch our girl and definitely won’t be our last. She comes home tired, but not overstimulated, and that in and of itself is worth every penny. He gives the BEST picture/video updates, and I can truly tell the superb level of care he provides for all of the dogs that come into his home. Super happy we have found him, it takes the worry about our fur kids out of the vacation planning. Thanks again Ahmal!
Ahmal and his family were fantastic per usual with our dog Pocket. He is great at checking in and making sure Pocket is fed, gets some play time and some relaxing time! Very thankful!
Ahmal is a wonderful sitter! From our first interaction, it was super easy to communicate with him. He has a number of barriers in his house and yard to keep dogs of varying energy levels safe. I could tell that my dog had a good day at daycare when I arrived to pick him up. Thanks Ahmal!
