Pet care experience

A cosy home away from home

We have a calm and cosy home in Sidcup and genuinely love having dogs around. We have a Cockapoo called Cooper, so we understand how important it is to leave your pup somewhere loving and comfortable. We only take a small number of dogs at a time so each pup gets plenty of attention, enrichment, and downtime tailored to their personality and routine. We’re happy with both active dogs who enjoy adventures and slower-paced dogs who prefer a calmer environment. We = my husband Nate and I :)

Agnes has always been great with our Bella! She clearly cares a great deal about dogs and their happiness and wellbeing. She owns a lovely dog herself too which is a plus!

Agnes took wonderful care of my dog Roquey for 4 days while I was travelling recently. She was warm, careful, and very attentive throughout. She kept me updated in detail, especially on the first day, with several messages and photos, which was very reassuring. Roquey looked relaxed, happy, and very much at home. Agnes and Nate are dog parents themselves to Cooper, their cute, friendly, and very well-behaved Cockerpoo. Cooper and Roquey have now become good friends, which is very sweet. Their home is very pet friendly, with dog toys, a garden, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. There are also lovely green spaces nearby for walks. It is clear that Agnes and Nate both genuinely love dogs and understand how to care for them properly. I would happily trust Agnes with Roquey again and would warmly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and loving pet caregiver.

Agnes and Nate took very good care of Millie and I would highly recommend them. Agnes sent lots of pics and kept me updated throughout. Millie came mack a happy dog and made a new furry friend Cooper who is a cutie.

Agnes looks after our dog Lola, she takes such good care of her and provides a really home away from home! Lola love spending time with Agnes and Nate and always comes back tired after big walks with Cooper!

Agnes and Nate have looked after our dogs several times and we’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving them in their care. They’re clearly genuine dog people and create a really calm, caring environment. It’s obvious they treat every dog with a lot of love, attention, and patience, and the updates were really reassuring too. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their dog.

I have known Agnes for years. She is an extremely caring person and loves dogs. Agnes has looked after my highly energetic, enthusiastic and lead reactive golden retriever multiple times. My dog absolutely adores her. Any dog will feel safe and secure in Agnes’s care. Highly recommended.

Schedule

We’re naturally quite active, so walks and outdoor time are already a big part of our routine. We usually do a mix of park walks, playtime, and relaxed downtime at home depending on each dog’s energy level and personality. We work flexibly, which makes it easy to keep a consistent routine for feeding, walks, company, and rest throughout the stay.

Safety, trust & environment

We want every dog to feel relaxed and settled as quickly as possible, so we try to keep their routine as close to home as we can – including feeding times, walks, rest, and any little habits they’re used to. We have a secure home environment and always introduce dogs slowly and carefully to make sure everyone is comfortable. We pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and temperament during walks and playtime. We know how important trust is when leaving your dog with someone else, so we stay in close contact throughout the stay and make sure owners always know how their pup is getting on.
