(Now also available in Apple Valley, Spring Valley Lake, Barstow and surrounding areas) I am the go-to dog sitter for my friends and family. I have been dog-sitting on Rover since August 2021 and have loved providing a safe space for my client's dogs! Either for a short weekend stay or an extended vacation. I have a very flexible schedule and always keep my calendar updated. Overnight stays are more than welcome at my home💛 I am also available for drop-in visits and overnight stays at your home. With your permission, I can track your dog with my Apple Air tag. I have a large fenced-in back yard and I live on a quiet street. Lake and dog park access are included with your pet's stay. If you would like to book with me, please know I do schedule a meet and greet with new clients at least 24 hours before drop-off. I currently work as a pet sitter full time, so your fur baby won't be left alone or unsupervised while they stay with me. I enjoy pet sitting since it allows me to get out of the house for fresh air and exercise with your dog! I take two long walks a day and/or take a trip to the local dog park, which instantly wins over any dog's heart. I stick to the dog's usual schedule as much as possible to ensure they feel comfortable and don't miss a beat when you come back to pick them up.

Safety, trust & environment
I only take dogs from the same household. Meaning, if you only have one dog, they will be the only one under my care from the time you drop them off tot he time you pick them up. I'm with them the entire time and never leave them outside unattended.

What a fantastic first-time experience. Afton was professional and personable, I could also tell that my pets were well taken care of during my time away. I was originally wary of letting someone into my home for so many days, but everything was just as I left it, and my pets were very happy. It was fantastic having someone local, and I would definitely recommend Afton to anyone looking for pet care in the High Dessert or wherever she may venture to in the future.
Afton watched our fur child Olive while we went out of town. She was amazing! Not only did she shower her with love and plenty of play time, but she made it a point to keep us updated everyday. She is so caring and compassionate. Would recommend her to anyone and definitely will reach out to her in the future.
Afton is fantastic! she was very professional and and sent many updates of our 3 elderly furballs while we were away. The dogs love here and we will definitely be booking with her next time we are traveling without them. Highly recommended.

I’m so glad I found Afton to watch my three large dogs. She has helped me over Thanksgiving and Christmas now so we could fly out of state. I have come home to three happy dogs, no messes in the house, & all dog poop picked up outside. Afton is great at communicating and responding - in fact that’s how she got the job because she was first to respond when I was looking for someone and I loved how quick she was at communicating. We did a meet and greet first as well in which she came to my house to meet us. I trust Afton & would definitely recommend her!!!

Schedule
Pet sitting is my full-time job so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! This also means that I'm pretty flexible with drop-off and pick-up times
