I work from home and have a great schedule. I started on Rover to get more time with pets after losing my amazing cat that I had for 18 years. It really filled a gap in my life! I’ve met many special animals along the way. My availability is typically flexible- including last minute bookings.

I love providing a safe, healthy pace and route to make sure your dog really enjoys their walk. Exploring smells and meeting other dog friends-depending on personality-maybe a belly scratch in the sun before exploring more. If your dog is learning new skills or has a toy they like to play with, adding that to the day at different times is a great way to reinforce behavior and allow for play. Verbal reminders that they are a very good dog with head scratches of course! * for the couch potato pups in our lives, a modified schedule is available to match energy and interest :)! I also love to care for cats; including playtime, treats if allowed, litter box maintenance, and light grooming.

Thanks for reading about my pet care. Puppies, Senior & 'special’ dogs and cats are my specialties. Patience & pawsitivity included. I love animals and enjoy giving them time and care. I have a lot of energy and can easily keep up with active pets on walks and during playtime. With over 20 years of caring for others' pets and a lifetime of my own dogs and cats + (including reptile and farm animals) I'm prepared to care for your pet with confidence and patience. ***I have experience with elder pets, and with pets with health challenges. Rx? No problem! Caring for the most vulnerable is one of my specialties, and you can trust that your pet is being cared for with compassion. Upon request: Check-ins/ walks for elder pets & puppies can also include light cleanup, replacement of puppy pads etc. Speaking of PUPPIES! Not all puppies are alike and I take this into consideration when doing a meet and greet or pre-screen video call. The more communication the better so that I can reinforce what is already working with you and your new family member. Nurturing your puppy while helping them learn new behaviors is my bag! Re: ‘Special' pets: Do you have a rescue with mood-swings, a cat that attacks visitors then demands to be hand-fed? A cranky pants senior dog? Or maybe a joyful but jumpy terrier that needs constant, gentle conversation on a walk? Having been a foster pet & rescue animal parent I've had my share of pet personalities- and they’re all wonderful! Some require ‘special’ attention and I’m here to provide that.

Adrienne was exceptional! She was responsive, great at communicating and sending pictures, and cared for my cat Bella in all the ways that matter. Bella was relaxed and a happy cat when I got home! Adrienne even left my home in better condition than when I left - cleaned dishes, sheets removed from bed, floors swept and overall tidy. I highly recommend Adrienne!
Adrienne took wonderful care of my Coco! She asked all the good questions which made me feel like she was not only experienced but truly cared for animals. Kept in communication while I was on my trip which was nice. When I picked Coco up I could tell she was in great hands- she even made a doggy friend which I loved! Definitely recommend her & would book again! 🌻
Adrienne is a good friend. she has stayed with my wife and me for long stretches of time. about 3 1/2 years ago I adopted a beautiful miniature schnauzer . being a rescue he has some fear based agression issues. we dont let anyone walk him with the exception of Adrienne. she handles him with sensitivity and love. she has helped calm him down. I enthusiastically recommend Adrienne as a dog Walker. she has common sense and an animal sense
