Adrienne can care for
Availability
Since I work from home, I’m able to provide flexible, consistent care throughout the day. I follow your pet’s regular feeding, walking, and play routines to keep their schedule as normal and stress-free as possible. Your pets will receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and comfort while you’re away. For house-sitting, as long as there is reliable Wi-Fi, the maximum amount of time I would be away from your home is typically 4–6 hours. I prioritize being present and ensuring your pets feel secure, cared for, and never left alone for extended periods.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand their unique needs, routines, and any special instructions so their care feels consistent, familiar, and stress-free. I carefully follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions (if needed), and household guidelines while you’re away. I maintain a calm, attentive environment and prioritize safety at all times—secure leashing on walks, thoughtful supervision, and properly secured doors and gates. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos for added peace of mind. In case of an emergency, I act quickly and responsibly. I collect your preferred veterinarian’s information in advance and am prepared to seek immediate care if necessary, keeping clear communication throughout. If boarding or daycare is provided in my home, pets are supervised, introduced carefully, and kept in a clean, comfortable space tailored to their temperament and energy level. My goal is simple: for your pet to feel safe, loved, and cared for—and for you to feel completely confident they’re in trusted hands.
Information Adrienne B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know in advance if your dog has any known behavioral concerns, including leash reactivity or fear of strangers. I’m comfortable working with dogs who may be leash-aggressive or cautious around new people, but I believe transparency is key so I can approach them thoughtfully and set everyone up for success. While much of my experience has been with larger breeds, I’m confident and comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes. Every dog is different, and I adjust my handling style to match their temperament, comfort level, and individual needs to ensure a safe and positive experience.
A typical day
Each day is customized to fit your dog’s personality, energy level, and routine. Whether that means neighborhood walks, playtime, relaxed companionship, or an outing to nearby trails or a dog park, I’m happy to tailor care to what your pup enjoys most. House-sitting includes one daily walk for non-reactive dogs. Additional 30- or 60-minute walks can be arranged during our Meet & Greet to ensure your dog gets the right amount of exercise and enrichment. My goal is to keep their routine familiar, engaging, and stress-free while you’re away.

Happily owned by a Ridgeback
Pet care experience
I’ve owned cats and dogs most of my life and am currently owned by a Rhodesian Ridgeback. We love getting outside for walks around Standley Lake and the surrounding nature trails, and I enjoy sharing those adventures with my clients’ dogs as well. I have experience working with rescued dogs and understand that some pets need extra patience and reassurance when meeting a new sitter. I take the time to build trust, follow routines, and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Beyond dogs and cats, I’ve house-sat for a wide variety of animals, including horses, rabbits, snakes, barn cats, and fish. I work from home, which gives me flexible availability for dog walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. If my dog could talk, he’d tell you he’s very spoiled with walks, treats, and attention — and I make sure every pet in my care receives the same level of love and attention. ** For Boarding - I can not board German Shepherds, Huskies, Pit Mixes, or Goldendoodles. I do require proof that all vaccinations are up to date before I will accept the booking. Also, I will need to meet your dog before accepting the booking, preferably at a dog park, so that I can see how she/he interacts with other dogs. **

Reviews

We're so glad Adrienne was available last minute to watch our pup around the holidays after travel plans changed. She kept us updated on how our girl was doing and even got her a sweet Christmas treat! We'll definitely be using Adrienne again

Adrienne took amazing care of my high-energy dog, Luna. She was communicative, sent lots of pictures, and generally put me at ease that my little girl was in good hands. Would highly recommend Adrienne - it’s clear that she has extensive experience with animals, and it was on full display this past weekend ☺️

Adrienne was great with my 3 boxers! My 1 year old male can be a handful and she handled him well. One of the girls is vocal which annoys even us and Adrienne was cool and collected. She even gave us great recommendations for some helpful dog products which we’re going to look into.

Adrienne is great with Tigs and he loves her!
