I genuinely love caring for animals, and I think that really shows in how I treat every pet I watch. I love getting to know their personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work as a veterinary assistant, so I have hands-on experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and needs. I’m comfortable giving medications, keeping an eye on health, and handling more complex situations. I also have experience assisting with anesthesia and medical care, so I’m especially confident with senior pets, puppies, or pets that need a little extra attention! I’m pretty active and love being outside, so I’m always happy to keep up with energetic dogs, but I’m just as happy hanging out with pets who prefer a clamer relaxed day. My favorite part of this work is ending the day knowing I helped take care of animals and got to spend my time around them, it’s something I genuinely love. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they’re my own: with a lot of care, patience, and love!

I currently have one cat, but have grown up with dogs (my soft spot is for Boxers). My childhood allowed me to gain some animal care experience however my job as truly allowed me to grow and become very confident in animal care! I like to follow as closely as possible to their normal daily routine to keep them as calm and comfortable as I can and to reduce stress levels.

Adrianne is a very responsible and experienced caretaker for all animals and truly loves dogs. She has an affinity for staying positive and supportive of the needs of the pet and shows a great deal of joy when the fur baby is happy. Adrianne has also proven to handle difficult situations with grace and a calm demeanor. Overall, she is a very good person and treats both pets and people with respect and kindness.

Schedule
I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant with my typical days off being Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday PM, and occasionally Thursday. However if you are located in the Flower Mound / Lewisville area I am able to visit your fur babies on my lunch break! I am flexible and open to working out a schedule that best fits their needs!

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs, medications, or behaviors. I like to know a few important things ahead of time to make sure I’m giving your pet the best care possible. Any food allergies or dietary restrictions are really important, along with any medications they may need and how they’re given. I also like to understand their behavior, especially around other dogs, in case we come across one on a walk. Knowing their personality, routines, and any quirks helps me keep them safe, comfortable, and happy.
