Adrianne was very communicative throughout the three-day stay and took care of my Boston no matter how much of a handful she was.

Adrianne took good care of my little guys and communicated often. I would recommend her services.

I had Adrianne booked to sit my dog and as my vacation grew closer, I reached out to her about drop off times. She never responded. I kept reaching out and she still never responded. My flight was the next day and I had to frantically find a new sitter. Adrianne should be removed from here. She is extremely unprofessional and I’ve reported her to rover.

This was our first time booking with Rover and we will never use this app again. Adrianne’s service was negligent, appeared to be dishonest, and all and all we would not consider her a suitable person to watch over pets. First, Adrianne left our dog outside of a crate while she was away from the house. We asked specifically for our pup to be left in a crate any time there is not human supervision because she is still young and has a tendency to eat trash, paper towels, feminine product etc…and our dog ended up eating up a roll of blue shop towels. We specifically noted that our dog is prone to eating paper and that is why she should be left in a crate when not supervised. Adrianne did not follow these instructions even though she agreed to them. Adrianne also claimed that our dog somehow “got out of her crate” which is why she was able to eat the shop towels. We aren’t sure how a dog can open three locks to a crate from the inside, but something does not add up there. This leads us to believe either dishonesty or further negligence on Adrianne’s part. Finally, we laid out specific meal time instructions for our dog including the proper time for meals, correct food quantity, as well as the exact brand of food our dog needs for Her diet. Adrianne did not use half of the food we left for our dog and we are still waiting to find out what our dog was even fed. Needless to say, this is probably why our dog ended up eating a roll of shop towels because Adrianne did not keep her on the diet we requested and provided all the suppliers for. On top of all this, we were asked to come pick up our dog between 2-4pm and when we showed up at 3pm, Adrienne finally told us she wouldn’t be home until almost 5PM which was incredibly unprofessional. Do not book with Adrianne if you have young dogs or dogs with specific needs. Chances are your pet will not receive the attention they need nor will Adrienne follow the instructions you leave for her.
