Such an attentive and compassionate sitter! Accepted our booking even though it was last minute and gave our fur baby so much love and care while we were away! 10/10 would trust with my baby again

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this sitter based on our experience. Communication was poor from the start, even though we had discussed expectations during the meet and greet. We booked her to start at 9:00 AM, but she didn't arrive until after noon, and we had to proactively text her because we noticed she wasn't there. We understand that things come up and people have to work, but we felt like we were constantly trying to figure out what was going on instead of being notified. At around 10:30 AM, she told us she had just gotten off her shift and needed to drive a coworker downtown because their car had broken down. While we can appreciate helping someone out, she still didn't arrive until after noon and brought the coworker with her. The timeline didn't really add up, and the lack of communication made it difficult to know what was actually happening. Throughout the stay, whenever we asked for clarification about her schedule or how much time she planned to spend at the house, the answers were vague and often felt defensive rather than reassuring. Instead of feeling confident that our dogs and home were being cared for, we were left trying to piece together what was going on. One of our biggest concerns was being notified that our house had been left unlocked. Fortunately, we had just installed a remote lock and were able to lock it from our phones. After we raised concerns about the door being left unlocked and sought clarification on expectations, she effectively canceled the booking, leaving us scrambling to find a backup sitter while we were away. Having to make alternate arrangements during a trip created unnecessary stress and raised serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. Instead of being able to focus on and enjoy our trip, we spent a significant amount of time worrying about the safety of our home and whether our dogs were receiving the level of care we expected from a HOUSE SITTING service. Between the poor communication, missed expectations, unsecured home, and cancellation, we found the experience to be unreliable from start to finish.

Adrianna is so great! I can’t thank her enough for the time she took to make sure my kitty was taken care of while I was gone. I came home to a happy cat! I will be reaching out to her agin to watch Busch in the future.

I can’t recommend Adrianna enough as a pet sitter. She is incredibly reliable, attentive, and genuinely loves animals. She treats every pet like her own and always makes sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She’s great with communication, follows instructions carefully, and goes above and beyond to make sure pets are happy and well taken care of. Any pet would be lucky to be in her care, and any owner can feel confident trusting her.
