AVAILABILITY & BOOKING 📅 We’re based in Wembley Park, in the heart of a very pet-friendly area with plenty of green spaces nearby. Both of us work from home, which allows us to offer the undivided attention of two sitters, 24/7, all year round, including major holidays. After your initial request, we’ll either send a thorough questionnaire or suggest a call - whichever you find easier. We’re usually able to arrange this the same day. We also strongly encourage meet & greets, where you’re welcome to come into our apartment, introduce your pet to the space, and see the environment we’ve created for them. Alternatively, we’re happy to do a trial walk at a local park such as Union Park or Elvin Gardens. The closest stations to us are Wembley Park (underground) and Wembley Stadium (overground/rail). If you’re arriving by car, we suggest daily parking at Red Car Park or a quick drop-off by our building - we always come downstairs to greet you and make handovers smooth and stress-free.

HOSTING PETS TOGETHER 🐶🐶🐱 The number of pets we host at the same time depends on their personality, size, play style and individual needs. To ensure safety and comfort, we follow a clear set of rules before pets are booked together: Compatibility - in order for us to confidently host pets together, we need to genuinely believe they are a good match. This decision is based on multiple factors discussed during our initial interviews with all owners. Transparency - owners who have already booked with us are always informed if another pet owner has requested overlapping dates. We only proceed once we have permission from all owners involved. We provide full transparency and share all relevant information we’ve been given about the pet staying alongside yours. Meet & greets – we strongly encourage your little ones to meet each other before their stay. For pets who stay with us regularly, meet & greets can often be arranged naturally during their stays. For new pets, we usually try to find a suitable time for all - often a trial walk with both owners and us present at a common location. HEALTH & EMERGENCIES 🚨 We are experienced and confident in providing basic pet first aid, as well as recognising and assessing symptoms. For minor health concerns, our first step is always to contact you and discuss the best course of action. If the situation is manageable at home, we’ll follow the plan agreed upon, monitor your pet closely and keep you updated. We’re also happy to discuss arranging a non-urgent vet visit, with your preferred practice where possible. In the case of a serious emergency, our priority is to get your pet to the closest appropriate vet immediately. From our location, we have access to both daytime vets and overnight emergency hospitals within 15 minutes by car. You’ll be contacted as soon as possible, and Rover support will also be informed where appropriate, mainly for insurance purposes.

Information Adrianna B. would like to know about your pet

Upon your request, we’ll send you a thorough questionnaire to help us best accommodate your little one – it covers things like routine, needs, behaviour and care preferences. Please feel comfortable sharing any additional information about your pet that may be important for us to know, even if it feels inconvenient or tricky to accommodate. We’re flexible and always open to discussing adjustments or changes in routine where needed - our priority is making sure your pet feels safe, settled and well cared for. WHAT TO PACK FOR YOUR PET 🎒 - Food (with instructions – we can provide bowls or lick mats, but we recommend bringing their own) - Medication and supplements (please make sure you thoroughly discuss dosage and methods of administration with us before the stay) - Treats (please let us know the daily limit) - Leash and harness/collar - Poo bags - Blankets or bed (pets are welcome to sleep wherever they’d like at home; we provide our own blankets, but strongly recommend providing theirs to help bring your home scent into our space) - Toys - Potty mats or crate (if used at home) - Grooming items (if used at home) During the stay, you’re also welcome to order any necessary items to our address if needed, or we can shop on your behalf and arrange reimbursement.

A typical day

CARE & SUPERVISION 🔍 Our priority is always to be an extension of the rules and routine you’ve already established at home. Our space is clean and pet-friendly, and as we both work from home, your pet has the constant supervision and attention of two sitters throughout the day. Pets are very rarely left alone unless this has been discussed and agreed beforehand. SETTLING IN 💤🏠 When your pet arrives, we give them the time and space to explore the apartment, sniff around and get comfortable at their own pace. Once they’ve chosen a favourite spot, that’s where we’ll set up their bed/blankets and other familiar items. We always send an update after roughly the first hour, so you know how they’re settling in. FEEDING 🦴 We have a strict rule that pets are only given food you provide or food you’ve specifically requested. We don’t feed from our plates or give unapproved treats, and we avoid handling toxic foods around pets, such as chocolate. Meals are adjusted to your pet’s schedule, can be heated if needed, and pets can be fed separately if required to avoid food-related jealousy. WALKS & POTTY 💩 Our standard routine includes walks approximately every 4–6 hours, with additional potty breaks if needed (especially for puppies). If the weather allows, we choose one walk of the day to be longer, usually to a local dog park. This routine will be adjusted based on your pet’s needs and preferences. We’re also happy to lay out potty mats or litter trays if your pet uses them at home. When out on walks, we are cautious and attentive, especially around dogs who like to scavenge. Introductions with unfamiliar dogs are done on lead, and pets are only allowed off lead in secure, fenced-in areas. PLAY TIME 🧸 We spend a lot of time playing with pets and giving them attention throughout the day, always adapting to their personality and energy level. Pets are treated as part of our home and daily life – entertained, cared for and cuddled from morning until they settle down to sleep. When pets are staying together, they’re encouraged to interact and play under our supervision, sharing space and toys safely. UPDATES & COMMUNICATION 💭 We’re very communicative and like to keep you updated at all times, to make you feel at ease while you're away. You can expect regular updates throughout the day, along with plenty of photos and videos, so you can see how your pet is doing and enjoy their stay with us.

Pet-loving couple in a cosy Wembley flat 🐶🐱💛

Pet care experience

Hi! We’re Adrianna and Miguel 💛 – a couple of animal lovers who’ve both grown up surrounded by pets and can’t imagine life without them. We have lifelong experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, needs and personalities. I (Adrianna) have raised a Dogue de Bordeaux, two American Staffordshire Terriers (one with severe allergies), and a very small Chihuahua with epilepsy – all back home in Poland. This has given me hands-on experience with puppies, powerful breeds, tiny dogs, senior pets, and a wide range of medical and special-care needs. Miguel has raised multiple German Shepherds and grown up in a household full of cats in Portugal. He’s confident with high-energy, playful dogs and experienced in caring for cats with all kinds of personalities. Through Rover, we’ve hosted Golden Retrievers, Labradors, German Shepherds, Springer and Cocker Spaniels, Cockapoos, Cavapoos, Poodles, French Bulldogs, Dachshunds, Staffies, Border Collies, and many more – from tiny companions to strong, energetic breeds. HOW WE CARE FOR YOUR PET 🐾 Your pet’s well-being is always at the forefront of our service. We carry out a thorough interview with every owner to understand routine, personality, needs, triggers and preferences, so we can support your pet in the best way possible. We aim to create a calm, structured and affectionate environment that feels like a warm home away from home – so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. We’re gentle, patient, observant and very communicative. We follow your instructions closely and stay consistent with any routines and boundaries you already have in place. You can expect regular updates, plenty of photos and videos, and a very proactive approach to your pet’s care. SPECIAL CARE EXPERIENCE 🏆 We have experience supporting pets with: - Separation anxiety - Fears and triggers / shy or cautious personalities - Special diets and severe allergies - Senior and puppy care needs - Mobility issues and disabilities - Post-surgery recovery - Epilepsy and seizure-prone pets We’re confident in administering medication, monitoring symptoms and adjusting routines for medical needs, while keeping everything calm, gentle and predictable for your pet. We also understand behavioural needs – recognising body language, adapting to different play styles and following existing training routines. We keep interactions safe, respectful and positive, especially in multi-dog settings.

Adrianna and Miguel took excellent care of Obi. He settled very comfortably and enjoyed being there for 4 nights also with their dog Bolo and another dog boarding at the same time. They were thorough and professional, yet kind and personable - perfect combination. Would definitely recommend! Despite the Wembley location, it was also easy to drop off/pick up quickly by car - if that is also your circumstance.

Adrianna and Miguel were absolutely fantastic with our 4 year old cockapoo Gigi during her 2 week stay with them. It was the first time we were leaving Gigi with someone we met through Rover and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The couple were super responsive and provided multiple updates daily. Their attention to detail was incredible and Gigi was given all the love and care we could have asked for. I would definitely leave Gigi with them again and would fully recommend them to everyone!
