Animal lover at heart & dog lover in particular. I’m trustworthy, reliable, and a good-hearted sitter who will care for your pups as if they were mine. I’ve owned and watched dogs my entire life, and thus have a deep understanding of pack mentality and how our dogs’ hierarchies are built. You can be sure your pup will be in good hands with a responsible adult that has significant experience in caring, training and overall raising our four legged friends. Patience, kindness and dedication to keeping your pups active, healthy, and at ease are at the core of my motto (and of course, love to spend as much time with them as I can). I work as a consultant from home and have a very flexible schedule. Currently living in Golden Hill, so urban walks are a daily routine. Yoga in the park and a day on the beach might make it in the schedule as well (as long as I have your approval). A plus: I love hiking and the outdoors! I will probably take your pup everywhere (usually frequent dog-friendly restaurants as well). I have an amazing vet on-call should anything unexpected arise, so you can rest easy knowing your pup is in caring hands. Lastly, I usually sit one dog at a time, but no more than two. This way, I ensure that I really take the time to interact with and give your pups the time and attention they deserve. I’m so excited to meet you and your furry friend!

Adriana was fantastic! She made me feel at ease leaving Char for a long stay. She has a beautiful home and yard. She was very communicative in planning the stay as well as throughout with pictures, updates and questions. Char was pampered and treated with love as a home away from home. I would definitely recommend.
I recommend Adriana for dog boarding and plan to use her services again in the future. She was very professional and communicative. I felt very at ease that my dog was being well taken care of.

Home characteristics
A typical day
I work from home, so am available to supervise and keep them company throughout the whole stay. I'll ensure they go out 4 to 5 times per day and can take them to the park or the dog beach (if it's OK with their owners). I'll spoil your pup while making sure they are well taken care of. I'll never feed them/give them a treat against you instructions, and will ensure they are supervised at all times. I am the kind of person that loves to be in charge and will take control of any situation as needed. The apartment is on the smaller side, and I make up for that by taking the dogs for a run, a long walk, or if allowed by the owner, to the park (just a couple blocks away from my door). I typically send a photo of what we are up to once a day — more if requested. I ensure that your house rules are followed in mine so that we don't break any good habits, and am happy to work on any bad habits as needed. Your pup will have full reign of the house and if they want to cuddle on the couch or lay on the bed, by all means, they can! I'll try to make them feel at home and ensure that their stay feels as close to home as possible.
