Hello, I'm Adriana, and I'm delighted to be considered as your next pet sitter. Growing up in a family deeply passionate about animals and involved in breeding, rescuing, and fostering them, I've been immersed in the world of pet care and passionate about animals since I was born. Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of caring for and learning from a diverse range of animals. This includes dogs of various breeds both small and large, cats with unique personalities, to an array of exotic creatures, including small animals, birds, reptiles, fish, and even spiders! My approach to pet care is firmly rooted in positive reinforcement and the latest scientific research. Over the years, I've nurtured and trained puppies and kittens into well-adjusted and content adults, and as they entered their senior years, my dedication to them remained steadfast, addressing challenges like mobility issues, sensory loss, and the inevitable illnesses that accompany old age. My commitment extends to their overall well-being, which encompasses stuff such as physical exercise, mental stimulation, and grooming. Furthermore, I'm well-versed in providing pets with medical care, ranging from basic first aid to administering medications in various forms, including pills, liquids, and injections. The happiness, comfort, and safety of your beloved pet are my utmost priorities. I am dedicated to ensuring they receive the best care possible during your absence. Adriana was extremely tentative to Elsa and communicative! She sent pictures and went over and above!!! Adriana even gave our white lab a really (really!) thorough much needed brush and was accommodating to our schedule!
Adriana was incredible with my senior dog! I'm completely obsessed with him & she made me feel at ease while I was on vacation. She did an amazing job sending me pictures & updates on him. I would 100 percent use her again as well as highly recommend her to friends & family. Thank you Adriana!!!!

Adriana did the MOST AMAZING JOB watching our little Kari while we were getting married over the weekend!!! She went above and beyond every single day she was there keeping us updated with pictures and even having our little puppy paint us sunflowers with her paw! Adriana truly is the best friend puppy could have! I’ll recommend her to every single pet owner I know!!!!!!!!!!

Adriana proved to be an excellent caretaker during my 14-year old dog’s three-day stay. given my dog’s age of 14 and his very limited experiences with pet boarders, he was obviously tense and i’m sure he was feeling abandoned. Adriana took care to reassure him. she is empathic to the feelings our pets have. i would be happy to ask Adriana to care for him again.

Schedule
Regarding my schedule, I currently reside with my disabled mother as her personal caretaker. This arrangement means I'm typically at home 24/7, ensuring her well-being and looking after the animals. On occasion, I may need to step out for errands or accompany her to medical appointments, but these absences are infrequent and seldom exceed two hours.

When I'm away, I take care to keep boarded dogs indoors in a secure, designated space separate from other animals to maintain their safety and prevent any unforeseen incidents.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day in my home with the dogs includes plenty of supervised playtime in my large, fenced backyard and/or inside my home throughout the day with various toys and mental exercises such as training sessions, puzzles, nosework, etc. In the evening, the dogs are kept indoors except for supervised potty breaks as needed, and they get plenty of pets and cuddles as they relax on the furniture until bedtime, which is usually 9PM ~ 10PM. Meal times, walks, and sleeping arrangements depend on their individual needs + whatever schedule and/or requests the owner has for their pets while they are under my care. Also, owners will receive updates several times a day until bedtime, usually in the form of photos and occasional videos.
