I’m a full time student at JMU, with classes M-Th, I am offering all day/as needed care on weekends starting Friday after 1pm. I am open to drop-ins and walks after 6pm weekdays, except Tuesday.

Pet care experience
As a true animal lover who misses her pets while away at school, I’m excited to offer hands-on care for a wide range of animal companions. I’ve raised cats, dogs, rabbits, and chickens, and I also work closely with the animal lab at the Science Museum of Virginia in my hometown of Richmond. There, I care for reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even arachnids, giving me both the compassion and confidence to care for exotic pets of all kinds.

I have a 4 year old poochon who is a bit shy with strangers and the way he gravitated towards Adriane had me so surprised!! He allowed her to give him a belly rub which I’ve only seen him do to the immediate household members that live in the house. Adriane definitely has a warm and friendly spirit to her that my little guy Cody drew towards. Adriane made sure his feedings were on time. She not only walked him but also took him to the dog park in our neighborhood and sent pictures to update me throughout the day. Cody’s fur is very high-maintenance and needs to be brushed everyday. Adriane took care of that for me and gave me one less thing to worry about when I got home. I highly recommend her services and I look forward to having her watch Cody again!
