Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion of mine. I have over six years of professional pet-care experience here on Rover. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, routines, and care needs. I’m comfortable adapting my approach to each individual pet rather than expecting every animal to fit into the same routine. I have experience caring for pets with separation anxiety, fear-based reactivity, medical needs, and other behavioral challenges. I take the time to learn what makes each pet comfortable and what they need to feel safe and happy during their stay.

Adonis was amazing with my cat Rory! My normal petsitter fell through last minute and she was able to take my booking request without a problem. She was incredible with her communication and went above and beyond to take care of her while I was out of town. I had complete peace of mind and didn’t worry about a thing. We could not be more pleased with the care Adoni provided for our 3-year old dog and our 6 cats while we were away for 4 days. She came to our house in advance for a meet & greet, at which time she showed great interest in each of our pets, reviewed the care plans, and asked excellent questions. As requested, she stayed in our home overnight and at least most of the time during the day. She was totally trustworthy, reliable and professional. Adoni consistently went above and beyond in her constant attention to the safety and wellbeing of all our pets. She followed instructions, including medication administration, with precision. Adoni was kind, loving and patient with all our pets; we could tell that she genuinely enjoyed being with them, and they were all clearly very comfortable with her. Adoni always responded quickly to messages. She was consistently communicative, regularly messaging with updates and photos of each pet. She asked questions as needed. All that allowed us to relax while we were away. She left our house clean and tidy. It was so good to leave our pets in safe and experienced hands. We highly recommend Adoni (10/10) and will not hesitate to request her services in the future!
Adoni did a great job taking care of our two pups for the weekend. She was a great communicator and made the whole process extremely easy!
Adoni has watched our pup many times for one and two week periods. We have complete confidence in her . Our little Yorkie has come to love and enjoy spending time with Adoni. We are always getting notes and pics sent to us while we are away and have come to consider her a good friend

Schedule
Pet sitting is my full-time job, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. Since I attend school online, I have a very flexible schedule and am able to give the pets in my care plenty of time, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I’m able to work around each pet’s usual routine, whether that means regular walks and playtime, sticking to their feeding schedule, giving them time to relax, or simply keeping them company. I rarely have to leave for more than a quick errand, so pets staying with me are able to have someone around for most of the day.

My approach is always based on the individual pet and what makes them feel comfortable and secure. For boarding, my home has a dedicated quiet space where pets can decompress and have some privacy when they need it. I’m also located near dog parks and scenic walking trails, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. For house sitting, I’m able to spend most of my time at the client’s home, allowing pets to stay in their familiar environment and maintain as much of their normal routine as possible. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, energy levels, medical needs, separation anxiety, fear-based reactivity, and other behavioral needs.

A typical day
I like to keep activities tailored to each pet’s personality, energy level, and comfort zone. For dogs, this can include structured walks, scenic trail walks, dog park outings, playtime, and plenty of opportunities to explore and sniff. I always bring fresh water and rewards along for our outings. For cats, I provide low-stress enrichment, interactive play, and attention based on what they enjoy. Some pets want to be active all day, while others are happiest relaxing nearby, so I make sure their activities are fun without overwhelming them.
