I attend classes Monday-Thursday and depending on the day my schedule can be very different. However, I am to drop in on pets about three times a day and we can communicate about what times work best for the both of us! I also work Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM-4:00PM. I have about an hour to an hour during lunch on Friday to go check on pets and can ask to go check on pets as needed on Saturday. But I will always make your pet(s) a priority, and if their needs can't be met I can assist in finding you another sitter that works better for your needs,

I take extra precautions when entering a home with animals to ensure there are no escapees as well as when letting them out to use the bathroom, I keep a very close eye. I also check the environment for any dangerous material before I leave to ensure no fur baby gets into anything while I am away. I also don't let dogs socialize (with other dogs) on walks unless told I can do otherwise.

It is important for me to know if your pet is nippy, shy, aggressive, or likes to pull on a leash before a walk. As well as if they are afraid of any environmental objects including cars, birds, dogs, etc. It is also important for me to know if they are on any medications that need to be given at specific times as my school schedule may not allow. I also want to know any unique things/quirks that your pet has and how long they can be left alone for.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch, and going outside to run around with more active dogs or just relaxing and loving on dogs that are older and less active.

Hi, my name is Adi! I am a senior at NMSU studying animal science because I want to be a veterinarian. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for family and friends, I have been a volunteer and foster at the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley and I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant for a little over three years so I am confident when handling dogs and cats.
