I usually have two days off a week and can look after pets then (all requests). If needed, I can also do evenings after work.

Trust is extremely important to me and I'll do anything to make sure everything goes smoothly for the pet, but also the owner. It's about giving peace of mind to the owner by arriving on time, being respectful, friendly, caring and have a positive attitude. Taking good care of the pet is my prime concern and am always happy to go above and beyond.

I think it is useful to know about their habits, what they like and what they might dislike. Diet requirements are also important to know about. Perhaps some ground rules around the house that might be in place too.
A typical day
I'll wait for suggestions and recommendations from the owner first, but I definitely love going to parks when it's not too busy. I prefer when the dogs can run freely and play fetch where there is a lot of space. If they want to play with other dogs, that's fine by me. I am very responsible and cautious, I will always make sure any outing/ activity is safe before making it happen.

Pet care experience
I've always felt at ease around dogs and I seem to be able to connect with them very easily. I had a boxer for 12 years as I was growing up in France and this experience taught me a great deal about dogs needs. I cannot have a dog of my own unfortunately (lack of time and space), but whenever I get to travel abroad, I volunteer (Workaway) and look after all sorts of animals including dogs. I very much enjoy spending time with them, have fun and care for their needs. I believe dogs are fabulous companions and deserve the best. I am happy to take them out in any weather, play, run and get dirty! Their wellbeing remains a top priority for me.

Adeline was fantastic. She stepped in at very short notice to look after my cat over the bank holiday weekend, and I’m incredibly grateful. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in good hands. Thank you!
Adeline was prompt, easy to communicate with, anf has a wonderful calming presence. Spooky was very sad to see her go.
Adeline was super, she was quick to respond and really amenable to do handover and explain the situation. Our cat loved her!
