Elena took wonderful care of my cat, Mochi, while I was away. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly very experienced with animals. Mochi can be shy, but she quickly felt comfortable with Elena — which says a lot. I really appreciated the updates and the care she showed not just to Mochi but to the home as well. I returned to a happy, relaxed, and well-looked-after kitty (full of zoomies!).
