I grew up with cats in the house and have always loved all sorts of animals! I have taken care of friends pets before while they were traveling, including feeding and playing with both cats and dogs, walking dogs and helping in the crate training process, and cleaning litter boxes. I am flexible with my time right now and looking to spend time outside during the day, or time inside with a cute kitty!

For visits, I feel it should be your rules in your home. On a baseline, I leave a place better than I found it, I will clean up after your pet and myself before I leave! I like to know where a pet likes to spend time and a general daily routine before a visit too (if mom or dad says dinner is at 5 I won’t be so easily fooled by a begging puppy). Overall, each pet and owner is unique so my biggest priority is communication!

Adelaide is such a reliable dog walker and has been absolutely amazing with our new puppy! She makes sure to send pictures of our puppy each time she comes over and gives a thorough report of how she did! I know our pup looks forward to each one of her visits! I would recommend to anyone in the area in search of a dog walker!
Adelaide has been an animal lover since childhood. She has always been good with animals, both in how she interacts with them and in taking responsibility for caring for them. Growing up with cats, she was very good at paying attention to the cues they give. Adelaide has always been hard-working and responsible. She has come along with me on many pet-sitting adventures. She is organized, good at clear communication, and motivated. She will do an excellent job caring for your pets. As a recent college graduate, she has flexibility to follow the schedule that is best for your pet.
Adelaide has took care of two of my parents dogs for over a week. Lesley a 1-year old Lab and Madison a 17-year old Yorkie, both being high maintenance. Though she was not raised with pets, she has love for them and is a natural when it comes to caring for them. I would absolutely trust her with others pets.

Schedule
I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to hang with your pets! I am able to build my schedule week by week depending on my preferences, so if you have a request, send it my way and I’ll see if I can make it work.
