From growing up as a farm kid raising dogs, donkeys, horses, and cats, to a city kid with my own rescue dog (Cannoli), I love caring for all sorts of animals. I’m experienced working with dog and cats who are big and small, shy and confident, young and old, serious and goofy! I’d love to help you out with walks, drop-in visits, and day care. When in my care, your pets have ample opportunity for local adventures at the beach, ocean swims, forest strolls, and neighborhood sniffs! I have air conditioning for the pups that need some coolness and plenty of cozy spots for them to rest.

We are so happy to have found Addyson! Charlie comes home from his time with Addyson and Cannoli (good) exhausted but sooo happy. Why? He gets to do so many special things, like running around at the beach, enjoying a pup cup, or spending an entire walk just sniffing! Addyson is super responsive and communicative, and sends a wealth of doggy updates that give this dog mom peace of mind. If you're looking for a warm, caring, and reliable home away from home for your favourite fur baby, you've just found her!
Addyson is a great with my big dog Apollo who needs extra attention on walks due to his occasional reactions to humans. She has been very patient with him and spent the time to build trust with him. Very communicative about how he did!

Addyson was truly amazing with our dog Watson. Our dog can be a little nervous with someone new but Addyson was so great with him and sent us text updates along with photos. He was so happy and I truly believed he might have been disappointed when we came to pick him up. Addyson was very quick in her responses and you can absolutely tell that she loves dogs the minute you meet her. If you’re in need of a dog walker or someone to care for your furry friend, I highly recommend her.
Sloan’s second night with Addyson and everything seemed to go very well. He’s a content pup right now snuggled up for a nap. Thank you Addison and Cannoli. 🐶
I was anxious about leaving my pup with a sitter for the first time, but Addyson completely put me at ease. She kept me informed every step of the way, and her genuine love for dogs truly shines through. I have no doubts at all—Addyson will be my go-to for all of my pup’s future stays.

I’m a PhD student who works mostly from home with my dog Cannoli, which means I’m quite flexible for walks, drop-ins, and day care. Let’s figure out what works for you and your pet!

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Safety is planned and trust is built with each pet and their guardians. While in my home, your dog would have a chill day playing with toys, puzzles, taking glorious naps, and going on engaging walks with my dog Cannoli. In your home, I would respect the rules and routines that you have in place for you and your pet. What’s most important to me is the comfort and safety of your pet. As a pet parent to a once shy and anxious rescue dog, I know how important it is to have that safe and trusting foundation so pets can have the most fulfilling days.
Pets
A typical day
I find it helpful to engage each pet on their own terms. Do they like slow sniff walks or fast paced city strolls? Do they enjoy a game of tug or would their prefer a puzzle/mental stimulation? I meet each pet where they are at and build out fun activities and engagement from there (with the guidance from their guardians of course too!)
