My favorite part of meeting your furry friends is getting to know their individual personalities! I find it helpful to know if they like to snuggle and nap more or if they’re always ready to play!
A typical day
I love to play fetch, tug of war and of course snuggle so your babies know they are well loved! It’s my top priority to keep them entertained and make sure my time with them isn’t going to waste!

Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Addy and I am a passionate advocate for animal welfare and love spending my time helping out my community’s fuzzy friends! I’ve been a dog sitter in my hometown since I was sixteen, and worked as a doggy daycare attendant for 3 years while completing my undergrad degree! In high school, I co-started an animal advocacy club where I was able to help begin a therapy dog initiative as well as parter with a local animal shelter! That experience was extremely valuable to me and truly motivated me to pursue more work with animals. I currently attend UAB for graduate school and am in the process of completing my dietetic internship! In my free time I love reading, getting coffee with friends, and taking my 2 year old lab, Tilly, to railroad park when she comes to visit!

Great communication and took great care of our dog.
Addy did a fantastic job staying with our dog and cat! We got daily pictures. Addy went above and beyond, making sure our house stayed cleaned and our plants watered! We will be sure to use Addy again!
Addy was the best! We have hired a few other sitters from Rover before but we definitely felt the most comfortable while being away this time. She sent plenty of pics and we could tell our pup was happy and being well taken care of!! We definitely will be contacting Addy in the future for pet sitting!
