Greetings Pet Parents! I’m new to the South Puget Sound but have been providing high-quality individualized pet care in the greater Seattle area for more than 10 years. When I began formally providing pet care, it was to simply spend time and be around more animals. It has since turned into a great source of joy in my life that I take more seriously than any regular 9 to 5 job. Exceeding all expectations is my absolute minimum when it comes to your furry friends! I’m professional, timely, communicative, and dependable through any and all challenges, as small as a trip to the pet store to refill the preferred treats and as large as an unplanned emergency vet visit. I have provided care to senior pets with significant food and medication needs and feel confident I can keep track of any routine, no matter how rigorous. I feel I must address my rates, which I recognize are higher than many in the area (also noting that Rover charges an 11% up front booking fee to you and receives 20% of my earnings for insurance and running this wonderful marketplace). This is a side gig for me that I take very seriously. As the ole’ saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” and my prices reflect what my full time, complete attention, and all-encompassing care require. Your pet will be the center of my world while I’m in your home. Should you choose to book with me, I guarantee your mind will be at ease while I care for your home and pet family while you’re away. In the past, I have offered sliding scale and will take your circumstances into consideration should you choose to share them. Nobody can care for your pet quite like you can, but my goal is to get as close to having you with them as possible during your time away. The goal is always to mirror your routines, soak up your wisdom, and use YOUR best practices to care for your loved ones while you’re away from home. I of course have my own methods and experiences with over 50 clients on Rover alone, but my take is not what’s important when trusting someone in your home with your canine or feline family members. For all new clients, I require a meet and greet to ensure we’re a great match. If I am not the best fit based on the needs that you outline in messages or our in-person meet and greet, I will let you know immediately. I’m available for overnight housesitting, daily drop in’s, walks, and more. Looking forward to hearing from you!
