Schedule
Typical work week is Sunday through Thursday free in the mornings but start @11-7pm but most days are flexible! Off all day Friday and Saturdays

- Are they high energy and young enough to jog with or is walking the preferred method of exercise. Just to prepare myself with proper footwear
