Hello! I am a lifelong pet owner and caretaker who has a lot of love and appreciation for our animal companions. My family has owned pets for as long as I can remember, and over the years I have cared for pets of all ages and personalities. I have owned and cared for a wide range of pets, including: Dogs, Cats, Bunnies, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, and Birds (even including Chickens). I welcome pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages, as well as pets who take medication or have other medical needs. Since childhood, I have helped my family, friends, neighbors, and roommates with pet-care and house-sitting, and I look forward to helping you next!

For some pets, new people can be a little stressful, which is why I take great care in making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable, while having enough space to play, relax, and be themselves. I welcome and encourage meet and greets so that I can introduce myself to both you and your pet, and to get the chance to learn more about your pet’s specific needs. During dog walks, I make an effort to avoid busy streets and find a route that is appropriate for your pup. I also take into consideration your dog’s size, age, and stamina when picking a route so that they get the right amount of exercise and fresh air (with enough potty breaks). I am happy to take into consideration any routes that your dog is already familiar with! During drop-in visits and house-sitting periods, my first priority is ensuring that your pet has enough food and water to stay healthy and hydrated. I also know the importance of a consistent feeding schedule, and will gladly abide by your pet’s designated meal (or snack) times. Lastly, I always take time to make sure your pet can access their favorite toys and home comforts, while taking extra care to ensure that small objects or other hazards are out of harms way. I am happy to help with any additional home needs like watering plants, bringing in packages, etc. **Unfortunately at this time, I cannot offer to host your pet in my home, but I will happily accommodate with drop-ins and house-sitting services!

Adam was the BEST! He communicates so well, and we came home to a chill and happy Fred. AND he left our place spotless. Looking forward to when Fred and Adam can hang again. Would invite Adam back anytime to take care of our quirky doodle dog.

Adam was the best! I get so nervous leaving my dogs with people I don’t know and he made me feel so relieved! He took such great care of them I will definitely book Adam again next time I leave town!

Schedule
Currently, I work a part-time job with a flexible weekly schedule. I am widely available from mornings until the early afternoons, while also being available in the afternoons and evenings with a few days notice! I am widely available on weekends as well. My part-time job is fully remote, which allows me to provide full-time house-sitting services if desired. I am also an early riser for any morning pet-care requests!
