Loving Couple Loves Dogs!
Adam and Megan are a couple that love sitting dogs. We share the responsibility when dogsitting, so you’ll have two pairs of eyes (and hearts!) taking care of your pup. We’ve looked after dogs in our apartment building and for clients in the DMV area for about a year now. Megan grew up with a labradoodle and Adam grew up with a cat, so all animals are welcomed! Adam also helped foster dogs for a year during Covid-19.

Adam and Megan took great care of our dog! They were so communicative and sent lots of pictures, videos, and updates. Our flight was delayed and they were so flexible and patient! Our dog gets very sad when we leave and he looked incredibly happy the whole weekend with Megan and Adam!
Adam and Megan were awesome! They watched Jersey for a week and did a great job! They kept us updated with photos and messages and made us feel confident she was in good hands the whole time. We would definitely have them sit Jersey again!

We’re so grateful to Adam and Megan for taking such wonderful care of our dog Frito while we were on vacation! This was the first time we’d ever left him with anyone outside of family, and they made the whole experience feel completely stress-free. Their communication was excellent—we really appreciated the frequent updates and photos. Frito can be a bit higher maintenance with his medications, but they handled everything with care and attention. He seemed genuinely happy and comfortable with them, and we’re so glad he was in such good hands. Thank you again, Adam and Megan!
This is the third and longest time Ozzy stayed with Megan and Adam. He adores them and they always take great care of him! They are responsive and so easy to work with. We (and Ozzy) are looking forward to the next time!!
Theo my doggo has a bit of an attachment thing going and Adam and Megan were great. My need was somewhat last minute and they were awesome to take him for one night so I could deal with a family issue out of town. They were also great with a later pick-up when I got back. I missed my little doggo after being at a funeral all day. I would use the again in a heartbeat.

Schedule
With two people taking care of your pet, we’re able to ensure your pet always gets lots of cuddles and walks. We go in person to work/grad classes a few days a week, but will work with clients to ensure our schedules make a good fit for your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
Megan and I will give your pet lots of cuddles, playtime and attention! We go on walks as often as the pet is used to. If it’s okay with the client, we like to take long walks with the pet, too (such as to the National Mall). We clean our floors to make sure there’s nothing stray that the pet can eat. We also let pets on furniture. We’ll work with the client to make sure any individual needs of the animal are met, too.
A typical day
We play with the dog with any of their favorite toys, as well as go on long walks around the Georgetown/National Mall area. We love to walk by the monuments with the dog.

- Let us know if your dog has any special needs or is on medication so we can happily meet your dog’s needs! For medication, we’re happy to also give updates whenever we’ve given your dog the medicine it needs to confirm they got it. Please note: we only sit dogs that are potty trained. If your dog uses pads often or has frequent accidents, then we unfortunately aren't the best fit for your pet as our place is mostly carpeted. Thank you!
