Ady was kind, gentle and my girls could sense she was an animal lover since they all came to say hi right away which is a rare thing. We came back and everyone was doing great, happy and healthy. That's all I could ask for.

Adalyn did a great job watching our two dogs!

Adalyn did a great job caring for our puppy and two cats over a weekend we needed to find someone on short notice. She communicated well with us and made sure the home was clean before leaving.

Adalyn took care of our dog overnight. She sent several photos and updates, and refilled her food and water regularly. Bonus, she left the house cleaner than we left it! Can’t wait to book Adalyn again!

I booked her to sit my pup , worst experience ever , totally unacceptable and very uncomfortable. She came 20 minutes late , once she got there she took him out like requested. She sat in the living room on her phone completely ignoring my pup. Then she noticed our pup camera stared at it suspiciously as she walked into my bedroom . I thought maybe she needed to use the restroom after 20 minutes of being in my room I texted her asking if everything was okay as my pup was in the living room and she was still in my bedroom i received no response I then called her thinking maybe she had a medical emergency, no response . I contacted rover support because I was worried ! After an hour and 10 minutes of my pup being alone tearing things up in the living room and her being in my room , they reached out to her she then began responding to me saying that her phone wasn’t working properly it wouldn’t let her answer or call me , but when support got involved she immediately called me and sent me a message saying everything was okay that she was with my pup in the other room because he was chewing in the living room . (Excuse me you’re here to watch over and play with him shouldn’t have to move rooms for this to happen) I had a pup camera in the living where I seen my pup at the entire time chewing on the pillows while she was in my bedroom alone ! Leaves me wondering what she was doing in my room was she stealing things ? Lying in my bed ? I’m very upset and dissatisfied with the service I received from her ! She did agree to refund me but said “I am a student and Rover is my only source of income, I really need this job and I would really appreciate if we could leave this in the past and again I am so sorry that I didn’t reply, but if it’s any help for your worries I walked Arlo twice and we played a lot so he is well taken care of. Thank you for this opportunity and i’m sorry it didn’t work out.” Absolutely absurd!!! She did give me my money back for the sitting which I thought was the right thing to do and i appreciated it I didn’t think to say my room was off limits so I apologize for that but to me it was common decency you come to someone’s house to care for their pet you sit in the living room and give them attention , you don’t wonder into someone’s bedroom leaving the dog unattended.
