My schedule is very open. I am a student (online based), so it works well for me to study in your home while also taking care of your pet(s). I love fur study buddies! I usually only need to leave pets for the occasional errand or appointment during the day. I do have tennis some mornings or evenings, but will let you know in advanced so we can discuss if I need to cancel or reschedule a match. My partner cares for our dog while I am away pet sitting, so she is not a concern for my pet care schedule. I am flexible and can care for your pets during the week and most weekends. I will work with your schedule and your pets’ needs!

I am confident in providing pet care to all breeds and ages, small to extra-large. I have cared for dogs throughout my life, so I am well aquatinted with the different personalities and quirks of each pet! I am very comfortable caring for your fur baby on walks, in your yard, or in your home. I will get to know your pet and follow any of your special instructions in order to meet his or her needs in a safe and loving manner. I understand that it is difficult to allow someone to come into your home and care for your beloved pets while you are away, but we can hopefully establish a trusting relationship to ease your worries. The first booking is always the hardest for my clients, so I make sure to send A LOT of pictures so you can see what your babies are up to. I will always let you know if any problems arise… trust and communication are key to a successful stay!

A typical day
Walking is my study break and stress reliever. I will walk your dog as much as you and your fur baby will allow. I love fetch and will use play activities to decrease any nervous pet energy- it is the best separation anxiety remedy! If you’re working on any training commands, I am happy to continue those learning sessions while you are away. I am a tennis player, so have started doing short jogs for physical training- if your dog would like to join, I am glad to have the company :) I am also a piano student, so I typically bring my keyboard to your home if you don’t mind…. I have noticed that playing piano often calms pets!

Pet care experience
I rescued my dog from a nearby shelter- a very traumatized, untrained, and at times, aggressive animal. A dog trainer in the making, I taught her all the necessary commands and behavior modifications for her to become the model pet she is today. I have the experience, confidence, and desire to do whatever your pet requires- walks, meals, baths, meds, and of course cuddles... Just let me know about your dog's unique preferences, and I will do my best to help you both! As a fellow dog parent, I know how important it is to be sure your fur baby is getting the kind and gentle care that they deserve. Dogs love me because I LOVE dogs- walking, training, playing, and all the cuddles they can handle! Let me provide for your pet the best care, until you can be with them once again!

Adalía was amazing. She’s kind, professional and communicative. She took excellent care of our home and of Mochi. We are grateful to know our pup continued with her routine and received plenty of love. Also, the surplus of great photos was a very welcomed bonus. We will absolutely turn to Adalía again in the future.
My puppy cannot be left home alone, but with Adalia sitting for her, she enjoyed long walks and our house was safe from puppy destruction. Thank you very much!
Adalía was so great with our dog and cat--very caring and responsible, especially when it came to our dog who struggles with storm anxiety and needs medication to help her cope. Adalía sent us frequent updates so we always knew what was going on. Plus, she's a fantastic photographer and took one of the best pictures I've ever seen of our two furkids together. Highly, highly recommended!
Adalía is the best. Barley loves her and so do we..... we know he is in great hands and the house is, as well, when she is there.
