As an RVT, I’m comfortable administering medications (oral, topical, injections such as insulin if needed) and monitoring for any subtle health changes. While I’m happy to support pets with medical needs, I focus on stable, easygoing patients rather than complex behavioral cases. I currently serve the Mission District, Bernal Heights, Noe Valley, and surrounding San Francisco neighborhoods, and I’m open to traveling toward Pacific Heights when schedules allow.

This includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I provide regular updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing while they’re away. I’m also attentive to subtle changes in behavior or health and will communicate promptly if anything seems unusual. As a Registered Veterinary Technician working in a veterinary clinic, I’m comfortable administering medications (oral, topical, or injections if needed) and caring for senior pets. I keep visits calm, structured, and positive so pets feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I treat every home with respect and leave things clean and tidy.

Ada is the perfect person to look after your pets. Not only is she a skilled veterinary technician, she has been an all around pet lover for as long as I’ve known her. She has had multiple cats of her own and always gives them the highest level of care. She has the expertise required for all types of emergencies as well as the kindness to make your pets feel loved.
Ada is great with pets and animals in general. She is very caring and very in-tuned with their needs. In addition to that, she’s a very loving person, too, when it comes to animals.
Ada is an ideal pet sitter. She loves animals and she understands their behavior. She is a trained vet tech, and she is caring and responsible. She took care of our dog, Kazoo, when she was a little puppy, and Kazoo fell in love with her. Ada is a natural with pets, she is a great communicator, she can handle all kinds of pet personalities and needs. I highly recommend her as a caregiver!

Schedule
I work full-time as a Registered Veterinary Technician in San Francisco and have four 10-hour shifts (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7am–6:30pm). Because of this, I’m best suited for pets who are comfortable with a predictable routine and don’t require midday weekday visits on those days. I’m typically available for: • Morning visits before work • Evening walks and drop-ins after 6:45pm • Overnight care • Full availability on Tuesdays, weekends, and many holidays
