Many cats also enjoy quiet companionship, so I spend time sitting with them and giving attention if they like it. Because I work as a Registered Veterinary Technician, I’m also comfortable giving medications if needed and keeping an eye on any subtle health changes. Fun Activities Fun activities depend on each pet’s personality and energy level. For dogs this might include neighborhood walks, light play, enrichment toys, or practicing basic commands with positive reinforcement. For calmer or senior pets, it may simply be relaxed companionship and gentle attention. For cats, activities often include wand toys, laser play, puzzle feeders, or other interactive games to keep them mentally stimulated.
