Ada can care for

Availability

I'm between jobs at the moment, and currently primarily being a live-in cat sitter. I have a lot of free time to check in on pets and pay visits as needed.

Safety, trust & environment

I'm always very mindful of a cat's personality and specific needs, taking care to ensure that they're respected and treated well. I respect their space and keep to food schedules and keeping things tidy in general as well.

Information Ada G. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your pet has any specific needs! This could be anything from things needing to happen on certain days or at certain times, to medications or scheduled appointments to them. As well, if there's any behaviors I should be aware of ahead of time (ex, if it's abnormal for a certain cat to be super vocal, and what that means if they are), so that I can keep an eye out for that!

A typical day

It depends on what a pet might be in the mood for or what they like to do in general, but if they're in a playful mood or like to play I'll make sure to see if they're interested in playing with some toys or being active! For dogs, I'd make sure to take them on a walk to give them activity and enrichment. If a pet wants pets or attention, I'd give them that, but of course I would check first to see (such as allowing a cat to sniff my hand to see if they're interested in pets or would rather be left alone), and wouldn't force that on them if they didn't want it.

Cat care experience

I've had cats ever since I was a young child, including taking care of and raising litters of kittens and adopting them out to good homes. I love taking care of cats and spending time with them, and making sure they get the care and respect they need.

Ada is truly the ideal sitter. Ada is compassionate and clearly loves cats. I completely trust that my kitty is receiving the best care which lets me leave on business or vacation with absolute peace of mind.

Fantastic sitter. Ada pays attention to every detail of care instructions, is communicative, and goes above and beyond. My little kitty got sick and Ada was responsive, worked with me to get her the care she needed. She went out and got a special food the vet prescribed and followed the medication’s instructions to the letter. I will absolutely be rebooking!!!! I would 100% trust ada to stay in my home and watch my kitty any time I go out of town.
