Overall Abrianna was great to check in on Kovu while I was out at a class. She changed his food & puppy pad, and tried to play with him even though he's quite scary lol. My only critiques would be for her to pay closer attention to instructions & be timely. First, I asked for her to come at 11am, 11:30 at the latest would've been great. She didn't g arrive until almost 1pm. I almost cancelled because the class was going to end early but I saw she came in. Second, I sent a video beforehand to show his area & where I would leave his extra food bowl, but when she got there I saw she was about to give him his treats as his food which were not in the same area as I said his food was. Lastly, I saw on the camera that she was leaving & I could see she left a light on where Kovu's crate is so I came on the camera and asked her to turn it off & she said she would. I saw she didn't so I tried calling her before she got far & she said she turned it off, but it was on when I got home so that was not true. I'm not sure what happened there, but no one wants to pay more than they have on their electricity bill. It was off when she arrived so it should have been turned off when she left. I greatly appreciate the help cause it was my first time leaving him alone for so long, I was nervous so thank you!! Please don't take the critiques too harsh, she was good & patient with him.

Abrianna was stellar as always and has become my dog’s favorite sitter :) she’s always on time and very accommodating to requests/needs. It’s always comforting to know that you can leave your dog in good hands while away for a trip. Highly recommend for any service!
Abrianna is outstanding! She checked in on our dog 10 times this week and provided a detailed, thorough “paw-gress” report each day. She was always timely, genuinely cares about your pet, and even went the extra mile to walk our golden in the neighborhood a few times. Highly recommend :)
Abrianna did a great job taking care of our senior doggo for the weekend with 9 drop-in visits. She was there in a timely manner, walked him, and clearly loved on him as she took great care of him. It's always hard letting someone new into our lives and trusting them to take care of our pet and house while we are out of town. I loved Abrianna's profile and she did not disappoint in real life. I will definitely trust her again to take care of Spartacus and would highly recommend her.
