I have used Abigail before and decided to rebook because she has met my dogs already and it is easier. I booked her for Friday evening to Sunday morning. I have a ring doorbell and around 8:30am Saturday she left and around 7:00pm I still hadn’t had an update or ring notification she was back, so I reached out. Abigail told me she had car trouble on the highway and should be there in 30 minutes. I feel like this is something that should’ve been communicated before 12 hours of being gone and I shouldn’t have had to reach out for an update. She came back about 45 minutes later, around 8:00pm, and took my dogs out and fed them. When we got back from our trip we noticed a pee stain on our carpet that wasn’t there before and I imagine it is from my dog hopping the gate we have up because she was up so long. On our initial booking of Abigail we set up a meet and greet for a day and she had to cancel and do a FaceTime walk thru before taking care of my dogs. (It was last minute booking so didn’t have time to find someone else that could meet and my dogs are super friendly so I wasn’t concerned.) Our first time using her we booked a 3 day house watch and did not receive an update at all on day 2, and didn’t receive one the next day until I asked for update. To her credit, she did reply to messages quick but I had to reach out to get updates. The first booking I didn’t have a ring doorbell so couldn’t verify if she was staying with our dogs or not, but not having an update for over a day was a little unsettling. Like I said, I rebooked her for this short trip because I had a ring doorbell and could verify if she was there or not and she was already comfortable with our dogs, but with how the last two trips have went I would not personally book again.

Good communications and sends pictures on request. My puppies seemed very well taken care of. Will definitely use again!

This was not a good experience for us and would highly NOT recommend this sitter. I would rate a zero if I could. We came home from vacation to find urine everywhere that had not been cleaned up and smelled profusely on our tile and hardwood floors. The couch as well! During the meet and greet we told her our senior dog could not go more than 4-6 hours without going potty and made this clearly known. She left our dogs alone every day for 10-12 hours. Our coffee table had something spilled on it that was also not cleaned and caused a welt. She did not walk our other dog a single time and we asked for 1x daily. Our house was not taken care of and the basic standards not met. We essentially paid for a service we did not receive. She will not answer to texts and the pictures I sent of the house and messes to help us understand what happened. Horrible experience! Do NOT choose this sitter if you want your dogs and house cared for! !!

Abby did a great job caring for my dog Samson while I was on vacation for a week. She was able to accommodate some last minute requests for me as well. I would definitely book with her again!
