When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and supervision while keeping their environment clean and safe. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they're away. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I ensure they have access to fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of affection. I pay close attention to each pet's personality and needs, whether they prefer active play or a quieter environment, and I treat every pet as if they were part of my own family.

Abigail took care of my 2 aging fur babies for several days. I couldn't be happier when I saw the daily photos of my female cat being social with Abigail!!! My female cat is normally very standoffish with strangers, but not with Abigail. Animals know when a person is good, and they loved her! My fur babies give Abigail 5+ Stars. I will definitely schedule with Abigail again. :)
Abigail was kind and compassionate with my cats which I appreciate, but I was disappointed with the updates she gave throughout time I was gone and attentiveness to the specific feeding instructions I left. Text updates were often very minimal, usually a quick “the cats are good”. Most photos didn’t really show anything other than the cats are still alive. Getting more photos of them playing, eating, lounging, etc. would have been nice. I also told her in advance that I would be reordering more food toppers for one of my cats as given the instructions I provided on how much food she needs, she would run out while I was gone. I came back to find that the package of food was brought inside but it was never opened and the toppers I expected to completely run out still were still leftover, indicating my cat was underfed. She was ravenously hungry at meal times for several days once I was back.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full time, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time before and after work, as well as on weekends, to caring for pets. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so walks, playtime, feeding, and providing companionship are activities I genuinely look forward to. I make it a priority to be reliable, communicative, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs to ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for.
