I’ve been surrounded by and caring for animals my whole life, so being around dogs and cats comes very naturally to me. I’m comfortable with all personalities and am always willing to adapt and learn what works best for your specific pet(s). When I care for your pet(s), you can expect lots of love, attention, and playtime! I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. I also understand how stressful it can be to find someone you trust. I’ve been in your shoes with my own cats, so I take that responsibility very seriously. I take a lot of pride in being reliable, caring, and doing things the right way. I’ve always been the type of person who treats every job the way I would want it done for me (thoroughly and with care). I grew up with dogs (we had 7 total, with 3 at one time), but about 8 years ago in college, my parents gifted me my first kitten. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with both dogs and cats and truly adore every animal I meet. My husband and I now have 6 cats ranging from 3 to 7.5 years old. I’ve previously pet sat for 6 families with a mix of dogs and cats, but I moved out of state and am excited to build new connections here. I also just resigned from my position as a mail carrier with USPS (which required an extensive background check), and honestly, my favorite part of that job was getting to pet and play with animals on my route! Because I’m not currently working, I have very open availability and can be flexible with scheduling. I have experience administering both pill and injectable medications prescribed by a vet, and I’m happy to brush, walk, and care for your pet(s) however you prefer. I also love taking pictures and videos, so I’m more than happy to send updates while you’re away if requested! At the end of the day, just tell me what you need and expect. I’m here to make sure your pet(s) are well cared for and you have peace of mind. Fun fact: My family used to go out, find, and safely return lost dogs that were posted on our hometown’s Facebook page. We loved helping reunite them with their families 🐾

I care for every pet like they’re my own, and I always tailor my care to match each pet’s routine, personality, and needs. In both my home and my clients’ homes, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking closely to their normal schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel safe in their familiar environment by maintaining their routine, giving them lots of attention, and keeping their space clean and stress-free. I also provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. I’m attentive to behavior, energy levels, and any signs of stress or illness, and I always prioritize safety, comfort, and lots of affection.

We have trusted Abigail to watch our 2 dogs and cats for several years. She is responsible, follows our instructions, and is very attentive. All of our animals love when she comes to take care of them while we are going to be out of town. On several occasions we have just needed her to check in on them and she has done that in a timely manner and assured us of their comfort and safety.
Abigail has been so great with our 3 pups! Her energy to keep up with them is unmatched! She is super patient with them and they are always so thrilled to see her! We’ve trusted her with our pups for weekend getaways and daily walking. Highly satisfied and we will continue to trust her with our fur family!
I can tell how much Abigail truly cares about animals. She’s watched my dog Agnes and my cat Banjo multiple times, and every experience has been fantastic. Agnes absolutely adores her and gets so excited every time she sees her, which says a lot. Banjo, who can be a little picky about people, warmed up to her right away. I always feel completely at ease knowing my pets are in such good hands. Abigail keeps me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciate, and it’s clear they treat my pets like their own. I come home to happy, well-cared-for animals every time. I highly recommend Abigail to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and genuinely loving with their pets!
Abigail is one of the few people I whole heartedly trust with our fur babies. Our two cats can be stubborn and moody but she’s found a way to get on their good side. Our border collie mix always appreciates going for a nice walk or playing frisbee in the yard to get his energy out. Abigail is extremely professional and shares updates as needed and cute photos from time to time. We highly recommend Abigail to all of our friends and families!

Pet care fits easily into my daily routine since I am not currently working and have full availability. I’m able to provide flexible scheduling, consistent attention, and reliable care throughout the day and week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
