I work full-time, night shifts during the week and mornings on weekends, but I'm typically only gone 8 hours max, so there's still plenty of time for me to provide plenty of care and attention to the pets!

I typically stay overnight, and will either crate the pets if needed, or let them sleep with me, I wake up with them and spend my day hanging out with them, playing or just relaxing. I do my best to care for each pet as their owner would, to help minimize stress.

I'm always willing to just hang out around the house with older or less active dogs, and I can also go for walks, play fetch or tug, and hang out outside with more active dogs!

Pet care experience
I was raised on a small family farm, and have cared for goats, chickens, ducks, pigs, and more while a part of that. As a child and teenager, I trained dogs through my local 4-H program, and later on started petsitting for family friends. I've cared for puppies, senior dogs, cats, chickens, cows, pigs, goats, turtles, geese, canaries, ducks, and so many others, and I'm always willing to learn something new!

We can go out of town with confidence and know that our dog is well taken care of. Our dog used to go to the kennel but has anxiety so we started leaving her at home with Abby and she is so much happier. Abby is kind, loves animals and leaves your home in great condition. I don’t have to worry!
One of the best! Abigail has an extensive amount of experience and confidence working with all types of animals. She is my go-to pet sitter, who I feel comfortable with beyond belief. Her pricing is fantastic, her availability is out of this world. She had an immediate connection with my large dogs from the moment they met her. I have absolutely no concerns leaving my dogs with her for a week when I go on vacation, I know I will come home to a happy, healthy and safe dog, just like I left them. If you haven’t booked her yet, you absolutely should!
